The TLs are groomed to manage self and their teams months 1-6. Feedback loops track behavioural changes within the team.

Months 7-12 focus on client and stakeholder management, where the TLs develop platform and entrepreneurial skills.
Team interventions are customised based on the overall business objectives and skill and behavioural gaps. The year-long engagement is a mix of group and 1-on-1 sessions.

I came on board to head a new vertical for the business and we started with one team. Over about 4 years we added four more client accounts. My mandate at the beginning of this year was to grow the vertical exponentially and I was struggling. The reason was that my one-downs were not independent thinkers and their individual teams didn’t see them as leaders. Not just on the home front but they lacked the presence needed to interface with clients.
Anna and Rahul took us on in December, marking out a 6-month agenda (for starters) to help our team achieve several objectives in fast track.
From working personally with me to communicate more effectively with stakeholders to facilitating feedback sessions with my TLs, in less than four months, there is marked progress.
One of the oldest teams received 3 appreciation mails from their client – the first ever in four years. One of the TLs took ownership of educating the entire vertical on specific areas of the business. Another began having one on one sessions with his team, preparing them to hit the ground running in the second phase of growth.
We are now adding 10 FTEs to the vertical and we’ve only just begun

Rahul has been licensed by the co-creator of
NLP, Dr Richard Bandler as a Trainer &
Master Practitioner in NLP in the US and UK.
He’s worked with corporates - from the CEO

interventions for self-help groups, teachers &
