INTRODUCTION
If we analyze of the all networks, theyprovides very fast communication andQoS services in themselves
BUT,We think the set all these these technologies there is a problem with the Global Access!Because all networks (telephony, internet, cellular mobile, etc.) has its own PROTOCOLS and SERVİCES.
What is NGN
NGN is a packet-based network able to provide Telecommunication Services to users and able to make use of multiple broadband, QoS-enabled transport technologies and in which service-related functions are independent of the underlying transport-related technologies.
o General definition;
Packed-based mean;
Another name of this system‘’PACKET SWITCHING’’
In this system, messages are divided into packets and the target addresse is sent. Later, these packets sent over the network are passed through the routers and reach the defined address.

With the Packet-Based System BroadBand is;
BroadBand is wide band-width data transmission which transports multiple signals and traffic types.
QoS; Quality of Service
QoS is a broad term used to describe the overall service experience that a user or an application receives from the network
What is NGNo Characteristics
• Unified Global Networking Platform
• Packet-Based Network
• Provides Telecommunication Services to Users
• QoS-enabled Transport Technologies
• IP Based
• Services are Independent of Transport Technologies
• Free And Independent Access for Users to Networks and
Services
• Generalized Mobility Which Allow Consistent and Special
Provision of Services to Users

on the idea to integrate TDM (Time Division Multiplexing)
and IP (Internet Protocol) platforms into one converged

NGN
How Is It Work?• The general idea of the NGN is that one network transports all
information and services (voice, data, and all sorts of media such as video) by include these into IP packets , similar to those used on the Internet.
• Next-generation networks are based on Internet technologies including Internet Protocol (IP) and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS).
• NGN using Softswitch, the most important function of the Softswitch is creating the interface to the existing telephone network, PSTN , through Signalling Gateways and Media Gateways .
NGN Standarts• ITU-T (ITU Telecommunication Standardization)• ETSI (Europion Telecommunication Standardization Institute)• ATIS (Alliance for Telecom Industry)• 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project)
NGN Standarts Problems
Within the NGN concepts the standardization institutions are still working on the following issues and problems:
• Existing networks migration towards NGN
• Development in the field of access technologies
• Connection of other networks to IP networks
• Provision of services and development of new ones
• Interworking in the area of addressing
• Interworking of signaling systems
• Roaming a mobility

Conclusion
Technology changes from day by day. And so In the near future, network applications and the need for computerized communication will shift towards flexibility and mobility achieved through mobile phone application. It is therefore inevitable that new technologies and standards will emerge.
