This year we will be taking a new approach to the organization aspect of our youth ministry. We have identified 6 different areas of ministry that impact our youth and created a Team of adults for each ministry area. These include a Dinner Team, a Communica- tion Team, a Mosaic Team, a Major Events Team, a Care Team and a Parent Ministry Team. All of these teams are being lead by a Point Person and they are tasked with recruiting parents and other adults in our church to serve on their team. This new approach is intended to help us to more faithfully and intentional- ly carry out our purpose statement: “The Ferry Farm Student Ministry exists to create a safe place where students grow in faith, connect in relationships and learn to serve others.” Would you pray about where you might be able to serve, just in case you get an invite from our team leaders? The teams will begin to meet in January and will bring a new momentum to our youth minis- try. Thanks for your prayers and your willingness to impact our students as they navigate adolescence!
