Tuesday was the day

for the cultural visit

and we had the oppor-

tunity to see the city of

Gotemborg. First we

went to Universium a

indoors zoo where we

atended a workshop

about environment

and human impact on

the rainforest. Later

we had a guided tour

in the City Museum

and finally we visited

Lisberg Market, a be-

autiful funfair and

CULTURAL VISITS

From 15th to 20th De-

cember two teachers

and four students of 4º

ESO attended the fifth

conference in Mölndal,

Sweden.

Sunday was a free day

as activities didn’t start

until next day. So stu-

dents had the chance of

spending the day with

the family and learn

more about the culture.

On Monday we met at

school where there was

an official welcome

from the Headteacher,

and the coordinator. As

well as students singing

traditional Christmas

songs. After that tea-

chers met to talk about

the activities done, the

ones to be done during

the next term, set the

dates for the next mee-

tings, and other issues.

In the meantime stu-

dents got in mixed

groups to take part in

workshops to create

Christmas cards and

bake gingerbread bus-

cuits and also took part

in some sport activi-

ties. Teachers also had

the chance to see how

our students worked

together.

On Wednesday stu-

dents took part in a

workshop where they

created and films short

videos about human

rights. Teachers met

again to continue dea-

ling with some project

issues and evaluate the

meeting. In the evening

we saw the videos they

had made, Swedish

students performed so-

me songs, we had a

traditional Christmas

dinner and received the

certificates.
