NEW MYPRIDE (URL: newmypride.help.edu.my)
A. LOGIN
Your login details to the New myPride are as follows :
URL : newmypride.help.edu.my
Login : Student No
Password :Campus : HELP University, Kuala Lumpur
Note : Upon your successful registration and payment of your Registration Fees (RM500) to HELP
University, you will receive:
1. New myPridelogin ID and password. Your New myPride login ID and password will be sent to your
Personal email account. Please email [email protected] if you need further assistance on your
New myPride account.
2. HELPLIVE email ID and password. Your HELPLIVE email login ID and password will be sent to your
Personal email account. To activate your HELPLIVE email, please log in to:

account.
B. FUNCTIONS of New myPride
1. To enrol/add/drop subjects.
2. To view your results.
3. You can also access to the following information by clicking on the respective links:
a. Personal Details
b. Contact Details (please email [email protected] you have changed your details)
c. Financial Support Details
d. Enrolled Course
e. Subjects Enrolled
f. Invoice Details
g. Outstanding Details
h. Scholarship Details
C. ONLINE ADD/DROP using New myPride
This option will be displayed on the left menu when the enrol/add/drop subject period is opened for online
enrolment
1. Click .2. Click under Course Details to select your course.
3. Click under Semester Details to select your courses semester. Only the semester/semesters
that is/are opened for online enrol/add/drop will be displayed.
4. To enrol/add a subject (s):
a. Click the drop down at Subject to select the subject(s) that you wish to enrol/add.
b. Continue to select other subject(s) that you wish to enroll/add.
c. To confirm the subject(s) that you wish to enrol/add, click .

Note:
i. The Add/Drop status will show Pending upon submission.
ii. The Add/Drop status will change to Approved after the Registry has confirmed and approved
your enrolment.
iii. An invoice will be sent to your HELPLIVE email if your enrolment is successful.
iv. If your enrolment is rejected, an email will be sent to your HELPLIVE email, with the reason
stated. If you have any further clarification on the Reject reason, please email
[email protected] contact Ms Elsie at 2094 2000 ext 3518 or Ms Anna at ext 3525.
v. The online enroll/add/drop is opened for Add/Drop subject(s) only during the specified start
and end dates.
* Important note:An o nl ine request to enro l /add/drop s ubject does n ot m ean the transact ion is automat ic
and successfu l . The transact ion is deemed successfu l only upon rece ip t of a
confirmation email from the Registry. Please check your HELPLIVE email for
conf i rmat ion.
D. TO CANCEL/DROP A SUBJECT (S) using New myPride
1. Click under Course Details to select your course.
2. Click under Semester Details to select your courses semester. Only the semester/semesters
that is/are opened for online cancel/drop will be displayed.
3. Tick on the subject(s) you wish to cancel/drop.
4. Click .
5. To confirm the subject(s) that you wish you to cancelled/dropped, click .
Note:
1. The Cancel/Drop status will change to Approved after the Registry has confirmed and approved your
Cancel/Drop status.
2. The online enroll/add/drop is opened for Cancel/Drop subject(s) only during the specified start and end
dates.
E. TO VIEW RESULTS using New myPride
To view your results, click on .
F. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS on New myPride
1. IN WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE NEW MYPRIDE TO VIEW
YOUR RESULTS?
a. If you have an overdue outstanding fee owing to HELP (e.g resource fee, course fee, insurance fee
etc).
2. IN WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE NEW MYPRIDE TO
ENROL/ADD/DROP YOUR SUBJECT (S)?
Listed below are some examples:
a. If you have not submitted relevant documents to Registry II (e.g copy of SPM, O Level, STPM, A Level, UEC
or Diploma results and certificate).
b. For International Students :
- If your visa has expired (please refer to the International Students Department-ISD).
- If you have not submitted your medical report to the ISD (please refer to ISD).
c. If the pre-requisite(s) to the subject(s) you wish to enrol has/have not been met.
d. If you have not completed a certain level of study to enable you to enrol in those subjects.
