Consisting of 260 single piece swage hydraulic fittings and covering all fitting types from ¼” to 1” hose, this new range supports the existing two piece fittings and provides the hose assembler with a comprehensive choice. Compatible with Parker The Vapormatic single piece swage fittings are compatible with Parker hydraulic hose and can be swaged in the Parker fixed die swaging machine. The fitting can also be swaged using most adjustable die machines, such as Banner or Gates. (Swage diameters and internal collapse must be checked – download a copy of our calibration chart here) These compact fittings come in the standard hose sizes with the most important thread types found on today’s machinery; typical thread types include BSP, JIC, Metric, ORFS and BSPT.
