PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: When you add a property for ‘letting’ you can managethat property by adding in any current tenants, track rental income, maintenancecosts or outlay for that property, record letting/viewing history and issue rentalstatements. All information is easily exportable to excel.

ACCOUNTING:The system has a facility to record financial transactions in relation to a customer/ transaction including deposits, fees and outlays.

COMPLIANCE: A convenient and secure location to upload all relevant compliance documentation e.g. photo and address ID, BER certificates, Terms of Business, Declarations etc.

It allows the user to review/verify important documentation at any time.The system enables users to create/manage a Compliance Checklist with each

customer on every transaction. The compliance functionality is built to facilitate the management of all Property

Regulator requirements, including money laundering.

DIARY: The diary is color coded to enable users to link appointments to staff members in the viewings and appointments. The diary feature is integrated to Outlook which allows users to effectively construct schedules, avoiding double bookings and maximise time efficiency.

Allows for multiple viewings and attendees to be arranged at a time.

✓ Matching Properties with Enquiries - This automatic feature works for property and clientalike, to match enquiries with relevant properties (i.e. you can view your client’s enquiry andsee which properties are relevant). Alternatively, you can select a property and review allthe matching enquiries.

✓ How it works: When an enquiry is logged, the system automatically generates a list ofpotential property matches. From here you can “shortlist” and save any relevant applicantenquiries against particular properties.

✓ Brochure Building – When putting a new property on the PropertyCRM, you can add eachroom of the property individually, with a brief description and attach photos. From here, thebrochures can then be sent directly to a customer or uploaded to various websites formarketing purposes. This will save time and enhance advertising capabilities.

✓ Letters and Templates – Store, edit and manage letter templates such as, ‘Terms of engagement letters’ or ‘4-way letters’ to maximize efficiency in individual sales and other dealings.

✓ Google/Eircode Integration – When uploading a property or client, the system allows youto enter the Eircode, which will automatically populate the address fields. This connectswith the property homepage and provides a pin on Google Maps of the exact location. Thelocation of the property will then pick up any relevant neighbourhood amenities that maybe of interest to the potential home buyer e.g. schools, hospitals, bus stops, train stations,parks, restaurants etc.
