Learning material before rehearsal is expected of all Praise Team members (this is standard practice)○ Listen for song dynamics, song kick-off, key changes, breaks

and general “feel” of the songsWe will not learn songs during practice

○ Being prepared demonstrates commitment and professionalism○ Pattern of frequently being unprepared will result in dismissal
