• Keeping active in older age is
the key to living a more
independent life.
• Many people believe the myth
that with increasing age the
need for exercise and physical
activity decreases. The scientific
evidence is clear it is never too
late to get physically fit and
enjoy a more active and
independent life.

Is it for me?
“Lack of activity destroys the good
condition of every human being, while
movement and methodical physical
exercise save it and preserve it.”
Plato
