The instruction Christ gave to his first disciples is also given to us by virtue of our baptism. Steward-ship is an invitation from God. It is an invitation to confidently join in the work of the Church.

There is great news from the Religious Ed Office.
The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated on Saturday, August 22nd @ 1 pm.
There will be practice on Monday, August 17th after the 6:30 pm Daily Mass. ALL Confirmation
Students and sponsors are required to attend Mass then participate in practice.
We are planning for CCD Classes to resume in September and there will be more information to
follow.

PLEASE pass on this information to them.
Registration forms are being mailed. They need to
be returned by August 16th. There will be a ques-
tionnaire for the parents to fill out, which is why it is
important for the registration forms to be returned.
After the registration forms are returned Lynette and
Fr. David will set down a plan how CCD will take
place. More information will follow later in August.
If you don’t get a registration form call or come by
the office to pick one up.

Rural is offering a fundraiser for churches next week August 2 - August 15.
Shop at Rural King August 2 - August 15th, save your receipt. You need to
upload the receipt by Sept. 1, 2020. If you can not upload them, bring them
to the office and we can do it for you. Rural King will donate 10% of the re-
ceipt total after sales tax to us. They sell more than just dog food. Happy
