Coincidence:A customer requested a Beckhoffcontrol system to be equipped with a hard drive. The simplest solution was to integrate a PC. It soon became apparent that the PC could do more than act as data collector for the control system, and the era of PCs in industrial automation began.

Application Engineer

Agendo quale interfaccia tra le forze di vendita e la clientela, l’Application Engineer interpreta le richieste del cliente proponendo soluzioni personalizzate e fornendo supporto tecnico pre/post vendita, approfondendo lo studio funzionale dei nuovi prodotti e sviluppando sistemi dimostrativi.

Gestisce le esigenze di supporto tecnico e assistenza al cliente suggerendo le corrette modalità di impiego dei prodotti tenendo eventuali corsi di formazione. Si reca inoltre dalla clientela per fornire supporto nel corso delle installazioni di prodotto o per effettuare un'analisi delle eventuali problematiche.

Questo ruolo richiede di lavorare a stretto contatto con clienti, uffici tecnici e forza vendita. L'Application Engineer dovrà avere buone doti di comunicazione, proattività e orientamento al problem solving, oltre alla disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte.

E' richiesta una laurea in ingegneria, anche di primo livello e la disponibilità ad approfondire la conoscenza dei prodotti/sistemi proposti. Ha una buona conoscenza dei linguaggi IEC1131-3, VisualBasic e/o SCADA e del linguaggio C+

Fondamentale è la conoscenza della lingua inglese; particolarmente apprezzata la conoscenza della lingua tedesca

seguenti responsabilità:

definire ed implementare un piano commerciale condiviso con la direzione raggiungere e sviluppare il budget definito nell'area assegnata consolidare la relazione con la clientela esistente e sviluppare l’attività con la potenziale

Il candidato ideale ha maturato una consolidata esperienza nella vendita all'interno del settore automazione industriale. Siamo interessati ad incontrare candidature con spiccate doti commerciali, forti competenze tecniche, autonomia ed abituate a lavorare per obiettivi.

Completano il profilo la disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti nel territorio assegnato e la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
