Network Printer Connection

Admin Rights

• Now that you have Admin rights, you have ability to add a network printer(s) to your computer. Please connect to your department network printer, the Teachers Lounge and/or Workroom. Mr. Rodriguez has requested that teachers and staff do not add the Career Center network printer.

How to Connect• Double-Click on the HS-Print icon on your desktop

Select Network Printer

• Double-Click the network printer you want to connect to

Do You Trust This Printer

• Once the “Do you trust this printer? window appears, click on the “Install Driver” button

Success!

• Once you see the printer window pop-up…it means you were successful in connecting to the network printer.

Start Icon• You can double-check your success, by going

to the Devices and Printers link from your Start icon.

• Then click on

the “Devices

and Printers”

• Check to see if you see the network printer is available.

Default Printer

• To change you default printer, click once on the printer you want

• Click on your right mouse button

• Select “Set as default printer”
