Luc Langer Luc Langer is Ph.D. and engineer in material sciences with an executive master in business administration. He is the Managing Director of Ionics SA (surface treatments) and the General Manager of Materia Nova Research Center in Mons. Luc Langer is also the board chairman of Nano4 SA (nano-composites and -materi-als) and a board member of different organizations: Mecatech Cluster, Innovatech, …

Pascal PolletPascal Pollet obtained his Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ghent Belgium (1995). He worked in the manufacturing department of major companies like FCI and Robert Bosch, where he became heavily involved in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement and gained a solid under-standing in manufacturing. Pascal now works as a senior consultant at Sirris where he conducted research in the domain of self-steering production systems and optimizing production buffers. Pascal has pioneered the introduction of QRM in Belgium and has helped several companies with implementing QRM.

Frank ReiterFrank Reiter started at the 1st March 1992 at Reiter Maschinenbau GmbH (now Reiter Oberflächentechnik) in the position as product manager for paint recovery systems. He was responsible for sales and development. Since 1998 Frank Reiter is Managing Director of the company.

Joost WilleJoost Wille got his PhD in chemistry at the university of Leuven in 1991. He started his professional career as research engineer in materials science at the central research department of Siemens AG, where he was involved in technology development in connector manufacturing and electroplating. Later on he moved to Philips becoming responsible for the materials lab of Philips passive components. In 1999 he joined Sioen Industries becoming head of research and development of Sioen Industries. Today he is leading a team of 67 research engineers mainly in the field of coated textiles, protective outerwear and polymer processing.

Jan CornelisAfter graduating in 1989 as Master in Civil Engineering in Leuven, he started his career as project developer at Siemens followed by 8 years working for OCAS. In 1998 he started at ArcelorMittal as Manager Internal and External Communications. Now days he is spokesperson and country manager for ArcelorMittal Belgium.

Werner DanneelWerner Danneel, MSc in construction, has a very structured approach. From his past he has always been closely involved in applying innovative software solutions for small, medium and large companies. His metho-dical and pragmatic approach helps him to work target and result driven with his customers.

Ives De SaegerIves De Saeger has, over the last 15 years, specialized himself in innovation -- combining open-ended creati-vity techniques with formal process engineering. Following a varied career involving all aspects of industrial engineering and process improvement, he is now CEO of Arkite NV, a leading edge new technology provider to help operators make less mistakes. In Europe, Ives is a renowned TRIZ researcher and speaker, and he regu-larly publishes on the subject. He is also the author of “Grenzeling, buiten de sector denken” a business novel.

Thorsten Evert Since the establishment of PantaTec GmbH in 2010, Thorsten Evert has been responsible for the field of engi-neering and sales. The main emphasis of his work is on the further development of the PantaTec technology as well as on the extension of the application options, the production of blasting abrasive additive and the automatic dosing technique.

Bram GrandjeanBram has been a Mechanical Engineer at Melotte for the last eight years. He is currently Sales & Project Manager. Before this he held the position of R&D manager with main focus on 3D printing & Optical Scanning.

Luc Langer Luc Langer is Ph.D. and engineer in material sciences with an executive master in business administration. He is the Managing Director of Ionics SA (surface treatments) and the General Manager of Materia Nova Research Center in Mons. Luc Langer is also the board chairman of Nano4 SA (nano-composites and -materi-als) and a board member of different organizations: Mecatech Cluster, Innovatech, …

Pascal PolletPascal Pollet obtained his Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ghent Belgium (1995). He worked in the manufacturing department of major companies like FCI and Robert Bosch, where he became heavily involved in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement and gained a solid under-standing in manufacturing. Pascal now works as a senior consultant at Sirris where he conducted research in the domain of self-steering production systems and optimizing production buffers. Pascal has pioneered the introduction of QRM in Belgium and has helped several companies with implementing QRM.

Frank ReiterFrank Reiter started at the 1st March 1992 at Reiter Maschinenbau GmbH (now Reiter Oberflächentechnik) in the position as product manager for paint recovery systems. He was responsible for sales and development. Since 1998 Frank Reiter is Managing Director of the company.

Joost WilleJoost Wille got his PhD in chemistry at the university of Leuven in 1991. He started his professional career as research engineer in materials science at the central research department of Siemens AG, where he was involved in technology development in connector manufacturing and electroplating. Later on he moved to Philips becoming responsible for the materials lab of Philips passive components. In 1999 he joined Sioen Industries becoming head of research and development of Sioen Industries. Today he is leading a team of 67 research engineers mainly in the field of coated textiles, protective outerwear and polymer processing.
