I started at Nutricia as a base line operator and quickly progressed in various positions throughout the production line working to high quality standards from vegetable inspection, retort processing to final packaging. I have a flexible approach and with regard to this I have commissioned and trained on many workstations. I have also undertaken the job of writing training manuals to ISO 9001 standard. Trained in Chemical Handling in order to carry out CIP Trained in Manual Handling procedures Certificated Royal Institute of Food Health & Hygiene Completion of Instructional Techniques Course (Qualified Trainer) Education & Further Learning Blue School, Wells 1979 – 1984 Studied for all major subjects to CSE level including Maths & History Youth Training Scheme 1984 – 1985 1-year course in Retail & Customer Services Placements included Beers Confectionery, Wells; Millers Hardware, Glastonbury, and Thatcher’s Pet Shop, Wells. One day a week was at Clarks Training Centre, studying aspects of customer service, communication and retail sales.

Hobbies & Interests
My interests include learning to use computers and family photography; my main hobbies are watching sport from football to motor racing and building a varied and interesting video collection. I also enjoy do it yourself.
