and Mathematics Age : 16 ½ to 19 ½ years Exam Notifications: • Sept to Oct • May to June

AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test)

Eligibility Criteria for Men: Flying Branches:• Age : 19 to 23 years• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree B.E/B.Tech With 60% of aggregate. Technical Branch:• Age : 18 to 28 years• Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree B.E/B.tech in

any discipline

PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test)

PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test):• It is a unique test that aimed at

assessing a candidate ‘s aptitude to be trained as a pilot. PABT comprises of three test :

• Instrument Battery Test (INSB)• Sensory Motor Apparatus Test (SMA)• Control Velocity Test (CVT)

SSB Interview is 5 day interview schedule and that is as follows:

Day-1(Stage-1):• Intelligence test: a) Verbal b) Non-

Verbal• Picture perception and description

test.• Discussion of the picture

Day-2(Stage-2):• Thematic Apperception Test• Word Association Test• Situation Reaction Test• Self Description Test

Day-3(Stage-3):

• Group Discussion.• Group Planning Exercise.• Progressive Group Test.• Group Obstacle Race.• Half group task.• Lecturette.

Day-4(Stage-4):• Individual Obstacles• Command Task• Final Group Task
