and neglected properties in the following

manner:

▪ Mow & Clean Operations Code staff mows and cleans neglected properties to

bring them back into compliance. Cost of labor and

equipment is billed to the property owner.

▪ Open and Vacant StructuresDallas City Code requires vacant structures to have

secured doors and windows to:

prevent unauthorized entry

reduce crime
