available from GSA, use the eResolve or Email NCSCcustomer.service@gsa.gov. – Note “Fire Suppression item” on the subject line.– Detailed process and link from NISC webpage

• Important to let the servicing cache know of a failure of supply item.– GSA contracts– T & D specifications– Avoid “outside the process” communication flow– Important when a Safenet is going to be generated
