  11. 11. 5.1 Vision All Nepali citizens have the physical, mental, social and spiritual health to lead productive and quality lives 11 5.2 Mission Ensure citizen fundamental rights to stay healthy by optimally utilizing the available resources and fostering strategic cooperation between health service provider, service users and other stakeholders.

Develop Ayurvedic system of medicine by managing and utilizing the herbs available in the country as well as protect and do systematic development of other complementary medicine system.
