Your Opportunity to Sponsor, Exhibit & Advertise

Your participation as an advertiser or exhibitor during the NBA’s

86th Annual Convention and Exhibits will provide an excellentopportunity to communicate with some of America’s most brand

loyal and quality conscious consumers. Convention advertisements andexhibits allow small and major companies to target their products andservices to this lucrative market.ADVERTISING

The NBA Souvenir Program provides an excellent opportunity for

marketing services or products to a very active segment of the NBA

constituency. The Souvenir Program is an eighty plus page booklet

distributed to over 2,500 individuals and serves as both a guide to

conventioneers and a record of the historic occasion. The booklet

contains all the essential facts about the convention including the

schedule of seminars, plenary sessions, meal functions, Judicial

Council agenda and social activities. The booklet is distributed to all

convention registrants and also made available upon request to the

public. Online advertising is available via the NBA website. For more

information, please visit www.nationalbar.org.

THE EXHIBIT HALLThe Exhibit Hall will open for setup on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at

midnight. The hall will open to the public on Monday, August 1, 2011

at 12:00 noon. The exhibit hall provides a unique opportunity to

market to a very large number of convention pre-registrants,

therefore, we strongly encourage exhibitors to set-up early in order to

be prepared for the crowd.

The Convention Registration Desk is located outside the Exhibit Hall

where all meeting attendees must go to pick up their registration

materials. Refreshments will be provided to exhibitors during exhibits

hours. Each morning the Exhibit Hall opens before the structured

educational sessions begin, and remain open during sessions and

breaks. The Convention Message Center set up in the Exhibit Hall

brings additional traffic to the area. The Annual NBA Elections for NBA

Officers will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, August 2, 2011.

SPONSORSHIPExhibitors interested in increasing their visibility by sponsoring

Exhibit Hall refreshments and other events should indicate their

interest on the application form. The NBA has many specialized sub-

sections and divisions, which allow sponsors to target their marketing

toward preferred members of the NBA. Companies interested in

promoting give-aways, or sponsoring luncheons, seminars, banquets,

receptions and other events should contact Maurice Foster for more

details and a list of benefits to sponsors.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKETSMaximize your exposure to this influential buying market by

attending the Association’s Welcome to Baltimore Reception, the NBA

President’s Reception and other NBA sponsored events. Each

exhibitor will be provided an opportunity to further introduce

products and services to the convention attendees and guests in a more

relaxed atmosphere. These events can serve as an opportunity for

face-to-face contact with hundreds of attendees. (Maximum of two

tickets per booth)

ADDITIONAL VISIBILITYAs a value-added benefit, each exhibitor will be allowed to place one

quality handout or brochure inside the registration packages of all

attendees. Materials must be received at the hotel between the dates of

July 25-28, 2011. Shipping label should clearly indicate, “Hold ForNBA Registration Bag Stuffing.”
