Overseas Banking Group with immediate effect. He will reframe the

organizational structure

the Overseas Banking Group in consultation with HRM&AG

accordingly.

In the current global economic scenario it has been necessary to revitalize

overseas

operations on an urgent basis. Accordingly, it has been decided to revamp the existing

Overseas Coordination and Management Group (OC&MG) by making it a full fledged

Group with clear responsibilities

of

generating business, managing related functions and

improving profitability of the overseas operations. All overseas functionaries/RCEs will

directly report to the Overseas Banking Group.
