Thane LK developed additives which facilitates grinding process and enhancing fineness.
- Developed in plant automated chemical dosing system.
§ Advantages:- Reduce residue at 45 micron by 2-3 %.- Enhancing the productivity by 8.0 %- Reduce power consumption by 5.4 %- Improve fly ash absorption by 1% in overall PPC
production.

• Energy Saving:- Specific power reduction = 1.25 unit /ton cement.- Yearly production = 12.95 lac ton- Annual Cost saving = 12.95*1.25*4.1= Rs 67.68 Lac- Total Saving =Rs ( 1.05+67.86)=Rs 1.72 Crore
• Other Benefit :- Conservation of Natural Resources.- Reduction in CO2 emission
