Definition

• The tendency to be arrogant, have a grandiose sense of self-importance,

require excessive administration and have a sense of entitlement

Symptoms

• Believing on better than others• Fantasizing about power and

success• Exaggerating achievements and

talent• Expecting consistent praise and

administration• Failing to recognize other’s

emotions and feelings• Expecting other to follow their ideas

• Trouble keeping healthy relationships• Having self-esteem• Arrogant • Sense of entitlement• Being jealous and taking advantage

of others

CAUSES

• The actual cause of disorder is unknown• Having pressure from parents to succeed • Use of drugs • Lack of affection and praise during

childhood• Neglect and emotional abuse in childhood

Narcissism in Organization

Leader with normal narcissism are Risk Taker, confident ,

optimistic, pursue personal agendas and berates

employees
