Customer Care Management System (CCMS) is used by the bank employees at dif-ferent levels for providing better services to the customers of the bank. Professional quality handling of Complaints / Problem requires an efficient problem manage-ment solution. A basic Ticketing system acts like a Checklist, coordinating the work of multiple people who may need to work on Tickets. The system is focused to help service departments achieve and enhance the levels of Service and monitor the Ser-vice Levels to ensure good and timely service is provided to OAB customers.This application is used by the internal bank staff (bank members) for registering a complaint (referred to as ticket in terms of application) based on the details provided by the customers. The customer can provide details to the bank through any communication medium like mobile, email, sms, letter, and fax. Once ticket is registered a notification is sent to customer through the channel selected by customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in requirements gathering from clients, analyzing the requirements, design, planning the application (Technical).

Developing the web services for the client.

Consuming web services provided by client for retrieving the information of the customers from the core banking system.

Implemented Log4j for logging and appended to a log file for debugging.

Integrating the Application with Active Directory, SMTP Server and call to web services for sending SMS to the customers.

Deploying of the developed application into the client server (Apache tomcat 7.0).

e-Visa system is used by Oman Government for granting visas to the individuals. It is one of the very prestigious projects handled by BahwanITON. It serves to minimize the time and efforts of people. This portal serves the entire visa processing and related secure verification online.. The system also includes Web Services which are developed as per standards and are the key in developing the project which includes services and operations like RiskAssesement Service which is used by the cops(Police) investigating on the particular visa, Document Service(DMS) which is used to store all the images of the visa applicants. This system is integrated with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) to make the system more portable, secure, fast, and reliable.

Roles & Responsibilities: Application development which includes coding integrating modules, fixing bugs,

developing web services. Involved in development of modules like NotifyFinalDeparture,

RescheduleNotifyFinalDeparture, Apply Visa, and Renew Visa. Involved in development of SOAP based Web Services like Visa Service, Visa Subtype

service, RiskAssesementService. Involved in consuming the developed web services which are required for developing

the application. To provide support to onsite team. Deploying application into application server (JBOSS AS 7). Wrote number of test cases using JUnit for testing. Description :

FCMS system is intended to provide a more efficient and homogeneous method for Oman Mobile and Omantel to provide solutions for user Problems/requests. Better Tracking of Problems will provide a knowledge-base, proper work flow with flexible escalation. And a collective set of solutions to known Problems, increasing the efficiency for the division and its Users.The system is focused to help service departments achieve and enhance the levels of Service and monitor the Service Levels to ensure good and timely service to Clients.The system is used to register the ticket based on the customer complaint/feedback. The registered ticket can be escalated to the concerned departments/groups based on the feedback/complaint the customer has registered ticket. Each and every ticket registered should get solved in the time specified; time is configured based on the complaint/feedback of the customer. After successful solving of the feedback/complaint the system will sent notification to user by means of communication channel which is selected by the user while registration of ticket.
