We do not teach the same way other schools do. They teach from the manual and yes, while we do offer a 230 plus page manual, I don't think you need us to read it to you! You can do that in your spare time. In class you are going to be taught the applications of moving freight. What will your day look like? What should you be doing during work hours? and the how's of what you should be doing! You need to have someone hold your hand and walk you through the baby steps so you are able to eventually

run on your own. I don't care what anyone tells you.....you are NOT going to learn this business overnight. But we do offer a "fast track" program - ask your recruiter! We do NOT advertise it, I don't want my competition to know :)

Once complete, join our "working group" where we have a nice blend of students. Newbies will benefit from more advanced

students willing to share their knowledge. And now we help you get shippers and loads to move. You are never alone until youare ready to be. In this group we will concentrate on the proper use of software while you participate in actual field work.

Upon completion we’ll assign you a manager. You continue learning with our full support!

Our school. You won’t find any other freight

agent training school like ours. Our training is

hands down the best you can get. Not only do

we teach every aspect of Logistics, we then

place you with our broker. Do we stop there?

Of course not! We assign a training manager

who teaches and guides you in moving your

first loads! You will learn the software we use

and other important tools in your training

group.

Once you’ve graduated you are then placed

under your permanent manager. This could be

in as little as a week or so, each agent is differ-

ent.

No matter which school you choose to attend please be sure they offer placement. Your

chances of being hired by a broker with training only is slim to none. Most insist on 2

years prior experience, or a book of business. Do your homework. There are many high

cost training programs, choose the right one!

Eliminate those who do not offer placement, and brokers who are not fully licensed for

all modes of transport. Do they assist you in finding shippers? Do they offer the tools

you need to be successful? Do you get consistent access to full support? Or are you left

to your own devices...there are many aspects to consider when choosing your school.
