Two NACHURS analyses were tested at the 3-gallon rate. Plots were drilled in strips and replicated high in the Blue Mountains.
Treatments: 3 gals NACHURS 9-18-9 and 3 gals NACHURS 16-4-4-8observation: The NACHURS 9-18-9 starter plot showed a significant yield increase. The 16-4-4-8 starter yield was 1.7 bu/A less than the check. A visual difference was noted immediately after germination on both starter plots. The importance of P & K might be shown on cold soil in this test.
