    1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    Tower Type: Square SSTDate of Inspection: June 14, 2010 by DancomLCM Project Number: N550-SENAI AIRPORT

    LeBLANC Communications (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (LCM) is pleased to submit this TowerStructural Analysis Report to determine the structural integrity of the aforementioned tower.The purpose of this analysis is to determine the suitability of the tower and foundation under theproposed swap of existing loading and new additional loading condition. The existing loading hasbeen determined by a physical site visit and the proposed loading was provided by DIGI. Allloading considered in this analysis are as shown in Table 3.2 of this report. This analysis has beenperformed in accordance with the requirements of BS8100: Part 1: 1986, Code of Practice forLoading - Lattice Towers and Masts based on a 3-second gust wind speed of 120km/hr.

    Based on our analysis, we have determined that the tower IS NOT CAPABLE of supporting theexisting and proposed loading, with a maximum utilization members capacity of more than 100%.

    It is recommended that the remedial action suggested in the inspection report be carried out to bringthis tower into industry standard condition.

    All proposed equipment/loadings, if any, shall be installed in accordance with the instructionsincluded in this report. Any deviation in the size and location of any equipment/loadings to beinstalled, as noted in this report, shall be reported back to LCM for review.

    4.0 INSPECTION RESULTS

    Based on the results provided by Dancom based on tower inspection on June 14, 2010 performedby them, it has been determined that this structure requires maximum maintenance to bring it up to

    industry standard condition. In general, the findings of their inspection indicate that the tower and

    associated equipment requires routine maintenance to control corrosion and secure structural

    connections and equipment fasteners. Therefore, it is recommended to replace the badly corroded

    bolts to a new one to maintain its connection strength for future years.

    5.0 LOAD CONDITIONS

    At the request of the client, this analysis report considers the tower in its existing condition with its

    existing compliment of antennas, lines and appurtenances, as well as the proposed equipment asprescribed by DIGI. The tower has been analysed under the following climatic conditions anddesign standards as per the clients request:

    Since this tower is square in cross-section, the wind loading has been applied from all directionsfrom 0 to 360 degrees in increments of 45 degrees to cover the worst case conditions.

    The analysis was performed by the use of MStower V6.0 computer program developed byEngineering Systems Pty Ltd. Computer input and partial output printouts are included inAppendix of this report.

    6.3 PROPOSED ANTENNA LOADINGS 2011 & ABOVE FORECAST

    The following stress levels and performance characteristics were obtained under maximum design

    loading conditions assuming the tower is in good, undamaged, non-corroded condition. Thesevalues are shown in the PRE columns. If any strengthening of the tower is required, the stress

    levels in the new tower configuration are shown in the POST columns. The POST columns

    will remain blank if no tower strengthening is required.
