How to add your CPD records

Step 1: After logging in to MyCPA, please click the "CPD activity

summary".

Click "Add CPD hours"

Step 3:

Remark: When you click this button , a calendar will appear for you to

choose the date (see below).

(i) Enter the Title of

CPD programme

(iii) Click the calendar

icons to choose the Start

date and End date

(ii) Enter the name of the

Organizer

(iv) Enter the Type of CPD

(Verifiable / Non-verifiable)

(v) Enter the Status (Enrolled / Attended)

(vi) Enter the Remarks if any

(vii) Enter the CPD hours

Click these buttons to

change the month

Step 4:

Remarks:

- For CTS (Computer Ticketing System) records, you are not allowed to

delete or edit.

- For self-inputted records, you can delete or edit.

Click the Edit button to

update a CPD record

View the CPD hours summary for

enrolled or attended events of latest 4

CPD reporting periods

Search by Start date and End date

Search by Type of CPD (Verifiable / Non-verifiable)

Search by Source (Enrolled HKICPA events / Self-inputted records)

Search by Organizer

Search result details

Search result – CPD hours summary Show no. of record(s) per page
