SIGNATURESThe OWNER and CHARTERER accept that Clauses 1-25 inclusive form part of this Agreement which consists of eight pages

plus any Conditions on the following page or Addenda attached. Signed and legible facsimile copies of this Agreement shall

be binding. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts each of which together shall be deemed an

original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.  In the event that any signature is delivered

by facsimile transmission or by email delivery of a “pdf format data file” such signature shall create a valid and binding

obligation upon the party executing (or on whose behalf such signature is executed) with the same force and effect as if such

facsimile or “pdf” signature page were an original thereof regardless of the jurisdiction in which the Agreement originates.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS• Smoking is not permitted inside the yacht. • Infants and children are the responsibility of an adult member of the charter party and must remain under their supervisionat all times during the charter period. • A crew gratuity is customary, but is given at the Charterer’s discretion. • Use of personal Water Craft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting with local operating regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is at the operator’s risk. • Rendez-vous SCUBA diving only. • Whilst every effort will be made to secure berthing in the chosen ports during the cruise, neither the Owner, Captain nor Stakeholder can be held responsible for the final allocation of any berth. • It is the responsibility of the Charterer to ensure that he and his guests hold current valid visas for all countries visited during the charter. • Entertainment of any additional guests at quayside is to be agreed between the Charterer and the Captain and the number of guests and the frequency of events are at the discretion of the Captain • Satellite TV where geographically available.[x]
