Throughout the year

you should be having

regular 1:1s with your

manager where you’re

talking about your

Behaviours and

Personal Growth

objectives as well as

how you’re getting on

with your deliverables.

You will also continue to

have quarterly progress

update conversations

and an annual review

conversation.

Quarterly progress updates:

Annual review:

Each quarter, have a progress update conversation and capture

on Perform:

• Key commentary on how the quarter has gone including how

you’re doing with your behaviours and personal growth objectives

• Both manager and colleague enter commentary

• Answer Brilliantly/Yes/Partially plus commentary, assessing

to what extent you’ve delivered on your ‘what’ quarterly areas of

focus

• Colleague and manager discuss and enter commentary

• Manager enters the assessment answer

• Answer Yes/No plus commentary, assessing whether you’ve

delivered on your behaviours and personal growth quarterly areas

of focus

• Colleague and manager discuss and enter commentary

• Manager enters the assessment answer

• Answer Yes/No plus commentary to the summary questions of

whether there are any performance concerns or whether you’re

ready for a stretch opportunity

• Colleague and manager discuss and enter commentary

• Manager enters the assessment answer

• Record new areas of focus for the quarter ahead and archive

the areas of focus from the quarter just gone on Perform

• Colleague does this

In addition to the 4th quarter’s assessment

on how you’ve done with the quarter’s

areas of focus, you will also complete a

separate ‘annual review’ form on Perform

that captures:

• Key commentary on how the year has

gone and how you’ve done against your

objectives

• Both manager and colleague enter

commentary

• Answer Brilliantly/Yes/Partially plus

commentary assessing to what extent

you’ve delivered on your ‘What’ objectives

• Colleague and manager discuss and

enter commentary

• Manager enters the assessment answer

• Answer Yes/No plus commentary

assessing whether you’ve delivered on your

behaviours and personal growth objectives

• Colleague and manager discuss and

enter commentary

• Manager enters the assessment answer
