•Participation has been TERRIBLE• Craig Powell Event & Governors Cup the exception
• Poor Value for Sponsors• Need to get more sponsorship involvement• Need to provide more recognition and support to sponsors
• Bud Ainsworth is new Rear Commodore• Need a new Regatta Chairman• Each event must have a Champion• Event Champions and Chairman will be Regatta Committee
Weekend Racing Ideas:
• Consolidate to 3 Weekends?• Add Cruising Divisions?• Women’s Regatta • Junior involvement?• Promote more both internally and externally?• Coordinated onshore activities?• Encourage more travel to Holland Grand Haven to encourage them
to come to our events
