AUCKLAND, THE CITY OF SAILS

Auckland is the largest city in the country. Auckland is popularly known as the "City of Sails" because the harbour is often dotted with hundreds of yachts and has more per capita than any other city in the world.

Auckland is also home to many cultures. Although, the majority of inhabitants are European (predominantly British), there is an important amount of people who are Maori, Pacific Islander and Asian descendents.

Auckland has an oceanic climate which means that it has warm, humid summers and mild, damp winters. The weather is one of the positive aspects that influences Auckland life. Moreover, Auckland is considered one of the most affordable cities world-wide to live in. Consequently, food won’t be expensive for the family. That’s a nice new!!

WELLINGTON, A TRULY VERSATILE TOWN

Wellington is the capital city and second most populous urban area of New Zealand.

Wellington is a popular conference tourism destination due to its compact nature, cultural attractions, award-winning restaurants and access to government agencies.

More than most cities, life in Wellington is dominated by its central business district.

Wellington's compact city centre supports an arts scene, café culture and nightlife much larger than many cities of a similar size.
