Lazer in 1991 created a programs that can be considerer syllabus and it has four stages:
Awaken the intelligence: Variety of sensory
Amplify the intelligence: Tell and share experiences
Teach with/for the intelligence: Is the general ‘Traditional’ teaching phase.
Transfer the intelligence: Students reflect their previous experiences
TEACHER ROLES• Observer• Work with students• Explorer• Teachers are creative• They are multimodal• Friendly• They are maker of ideas
STUDENTS ROLES• They are active in the classroom• They use their own intelligence to learn• They are investigative• They are creatives.
ADVANTAGES• Student’s will be able to
demonstrate and share their strengths.
• Students accumulate positive educational experiences.
• Students are more creatives• As a teacher you will provide
opportunities for authentic learning based on your student need.
DISADVANTAGES• Some students might have
troubles finding and defining their strong intelligences.
• It may be difficult and impractical to teach lessons to various individual intelligences, especially within large classes.
Error Treatment• In general terms, it allows
adequate educational planning, because it considers each particular student’s feature.
• There is an individual assessment (Depending on the teacher's aim, syllabus and personal interests).
