Cargo Dryers. Being active and having very

positive results within the Greek market,

MultiSlip Sheet Cargo loading

system - Slip Sheets

• MULTIFREIGHT produce the MultiSlip Sheet on different dimensions and sizes.

• The slip sheet is a specially treated Kraftliner paper and Testliner paper in multiple layers that replaces the wooden pallet. Can be cut to any dimension in order to fit the space cargo needs and has carrying capacity up to 2500 pounds.Almost all types of cargo that can be loaded on a pallet can also be loaded on slip sheets.

• In order to handle Slip Sheets Forklift forks need to be replaced with roller forks or push pull.

Slip-Sheet Advantages

Reduces storage - up to 200 slip sheets occupy the same space as one wooden pallet

Reduces the cost of handling pallets - pallet transport within a warehouse requires 4 or more lifts. With the same effort it takes to move 20 pallets, the driver can move 3000 to 4000 Slip-Sheets.

Significantly reduces the cost of transportation - A wooden pallet weighs at least as 20 Slip Sheets weigh and within the truck or container occupies space as 200 Slip-Sheets do!!

Using Slip-Sheet to carry wood and vacuum we can transport more cargo because the weight of the pallets will be replaced with extra products. Furthermore, in lighter loads, the volume of transport is increased approximately by 10-15%.

Reduces the cost of buying pallets - the cost of buying Slip-Sheet is aliquot from the cost of a wooden pallet.

BATES Cargo Airbags

• Multifreight is the exclusive representative in Greece, FYROM, Albania, Romania and Cyprus of the Danish Company BATES CARGO PAK that manufactures Cargo Airbags.

• Cargo airbags are used to secure cargo, which is to be transported by container or road and is at risk of being exposed to loads up to 42 tons.

• Consists of none up to three paper layers and also three layers PE quality film, which is coextruded, ensuring an ultimate airtight seal and strength.

• Also are equipped with a patented valve, which allows very quick inflation. The valve can be turned 360°, which makes it possible to inflate the airbag from all angles. The valve closes automatically after inflation. Very user friendly in all loading situations.

• Cargo airbags are available in several different types and sizes, depending on the products and mode of transportation.

Safety Sheets

• Traditional methods of restraint such as

stacking pallets, rope tying and filling the

vacuum with the cardboard, styrofoam is

usually time consuming, costly and inefficient.

• When products are received damaged ground

transportation, the results will be: higher

delivery costs, lengthy insurance procedures

and most importantly, dissatisfied customers.

• The holding sheets (Safety Sheets) are very

easy to install (max. 2 minutes)

• and prevent load shifting either during transport

or during the opening of the door of the

container during unloading

• The Safety Sheet is reusable and recyclable.

Container Liners

• Container or bulk liners are special bags that are placed on the inside of the shipping container and are used for transporting solid bulk cargo such as food, plastic, animal feed, etc

Basic characteristics of container liners are:

- They replace transportation bags and thus reduce packaging costs at least by 50% per tonne

- They require small storage space

- They are recyclable

- Their installation does not require more than one person and the average time for installing it,

- does not exceed 6 minutes.

- After product delivery, there is no need of cleaning the shipping container

Flexi Tanks

• Flexi Tanks are synthetic bags that are placed on the inner walls of the shipping container and convert a 20ft container from a dry goods carrier, to a liquid carrier.

• These products were created from the need to reduce dependence on ISO tank containers which are limited, but also for safety cleaning issues that caused problems both in management and cost.

Grip Sheets

Anti-grip sheet technology

Grip Sheet is a separator sheet made out of specially processed paper which is applied between layers of goods that prevents them from slipping.

It is used as a separator layer and is also highly antislip.

Advantages of Grip Sheet

– Balances pallets thus reducing risk of accidents

– It is a low cost product that can replace cardboard separator sheets with the additional advantages of Grip

– Grip Sheet is waterproof

– Suitable for food contact or using in the freezer

– Can be used with an automated system

– Its use is tested in any weight or packaging such as film, cardboard boxes, plastic etc
