MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:

1. 220gr of flour.2. 4 eggs.3. Butter.4. 1 package of yeast.5. 200ml of oil.6. 70ml of milk.7. 200gr of sugar.8. Shavings.9. Black chocolate.10. 1 lemon.11. A little cinnamon.12. A little salt.

1. Put the flour, the yeast, a little cinnamon and a little salt in a bowl.

2. In another bowl mix the sugar and whisk the eggs. Put some oil, add the milk and the peel of a lemon.

3. Then put the mixture in another bowl and mix well.

5. Preheat the oven at 210ºC.

6. Put some butter and flour in the molds.

7. Then add the dough into the molds and put them into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
