INVITATIONTOSUPPORT
Dear Colleague,
You are cordially invited to participate as an industry supporter of the 2014 Joint ACTRIMS‐ECTRIMS Meeting. This sixth
triennial meeting is a combined effort of the Americas Committee on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis
(ACTRIMS) and its European counterpart, ECTRIMS. The meeting will be held September 10‐13, 2014 in Boston,
Massachusetts, USA at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center. The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis
Centers (CMSC) is the joint sponsor for the purpose of providing CME credit.
This international meeting will be the largest single gathering of MS physicians, clinical researchers, and basic scientists
in 2014, attracting a global audience of over 5,000 to learn about, debate, and discuss advances in treatment and
research in MS and related topics.
The 2014 Joint ACTRIMS‐ECTRIMS Meeting provides an opportunity for participants to interact with industry supporters
with an interest in MS. Our exhibit hall will provide a center for introducing your products and services to meeting
participants and to improve your visibility in a market that is increasingly competitive. Independently supported satellite
symposia will also provide an opportunity to present and discuss important clinical and scientific data.
The plenary sessions will largely consist of clinical and scientific presentations offered by guest speakers and platform
presenters, identified, and invited by our Scientific Program and Review Committees. Teaching sessions addressing a
variety of participant needs and “hot topic” sessions devoted to special clinical and research interests will round out the
program. We expect to showcase over 1,000 posters, selected via a competitive review process.
For further information about the meeting in general, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact information
page. This prospectus only concerns promotional and advertising opportunities; a separate document is available to
educational representatives of commercial interests relating to support for CME educational activities.
Please review the following information regarding support opportunities. We look forward to working with you to make
this important international meeting a success.
Sincerely,
Suhayl Dhib‐Jalbut, MD President, ACTRIMS Chair, Steering Committee
Maria Trojano President, ECTRIMS
