1. Enumerate, with brief description, some of the techniques of O.R. Describe the various steps involved in O.R. study. During World War II, military management called on scientists from various disciplines and organised them into teams to assist in solving strategic and tactical problems, relating to air and land defense of the country. People with skills in OR hold jobs in decision support, business analytics, marketing analysis and logistics planning – as well as jobs with OR in the title.
