Students are deeply affected by the teachers love andaffection, his character, his competence, and his moralcommitment. A popular teacher becomes a model for
his students. He should be a sociable person with his roots in the
society. People should take him as their well-wisher anda sincere friend who cares for their children

FINDINGSy Teaching professionals are dedicated towards the welfare of their students
y Teachers enjoy their work but are not satisfied with the salaries they get
y
Most of my respondents were young in age and they like their work more than corporatejob
y More than fifty percent of them believe that India lacks good teaching professionals
y Nearly all of them believe that students do not require tuition classes if classroom teachingis effective enough
y Many of the teaching professionals have chosen teaching as their profession because ofsocial image and money is not at all a factor, they also believe that respect of teachers hasdetonated as compared to older eras.

CONCLUSIONy In have found out in my survey that teachingprofessionals are most sincere and behaviorally veryhelpful and informative, they are firm in their ideas and
beliefy The respondents believed that students are a part of
their life, their queries and problems are alwayswelcome to them and they are ready to give their best to
help out their students.yMost of my respondents were below 35 years of age
which proves that more and more youngsters are optingfor this prestigious profession
