M ORNING P RAYER  FOR O RDINARY T IME  O PENING S ENTENCES   O Lord, open my lips. And my mouth shall proclaim your praise. Glory to the holy and life-giving Trinity, One God: as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.  Alleluia! Alleluia! Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays  New every morning are the mercies of God: *  O come, let us worship.  After Psalm 95, this prayer may be said. O Sovereign God, from the caverns of the earth to the heights of the hills, all creation proclaims y our glory. Let us join the song of praise, that we may live this day rejoicing in all your works, through Christ our Lord. Amen. or, after Psalm 100 Lord, you alone are God, and we belong to you. Accept the offering of our worship, that every race and nation may enter your courts, praising you in song; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.   That those who are in need may find help, mercy, and comfort: Christ have mercy.  Let us now commend ourselves, and all for whom  we pray, to the mercy and protection of God. Free intercessions may be offered. Rejoicing with Mary and all the saints, let us entrust ourselves, and one another, and all our lives to Christ our Savior: To you, O Christ our God.
