Cabinet CommandsOpen: See the contents of the cabinet, drawer or text file
Edit: Edit the contents of a text file
Create: Create a new cabinet, drawer or text file
Delete: Delete a cabinet, drawer or cabinet (cabinet & drawer must be empty in order to delete)
Print: Print a paper copy of a text file
Mail: Send a MOX message of a text file
List: List the drawers and files within a Cabinet
Rename: Change the name or access for a cabinet, drawer or text file
Transfer: Move a file from one cabinet or drawer to another
Options: Change the order, Sort or Search
Exit: Exit back one drawer/cabinet until you exit from cabinets.

- Name the Cabinet- Define Access Private, Read-Only or Open
- Define groups or individual users that can access.
How to: Create Cabinets
Dist Group and User can only be added if access is Open or Read-Only.

Mail For You Commands
Delete: Remove from ‘Mail for You’ and xfer it to ‘Deleted by you’
Transfer: Move or copy the message to a Cabinet
Print: Print a hard copy of the message
View: See the entire message if longer than 20 lines
Send: Reply to Sender or Forward to another Recipient
Forward: Reply to sender or send the message to another recipient
Acknowledge: Acknowledge receipt of certified mail
Locate: Links to Employee Locator screen
Exit: Exit from the message and return to the Main Menu

Review and Reactivate messages that you deleted.

Restore: Move the message back in to Mail for You
Delete: Remove the message completely from system.
All other Commands function the same as Mail for You.

6. Send Mail

Send MailRecipient: Enter the name(s) of the people to send the
message to.
Groups: F6 from recipient field to access Groups.
From: Your username defaults in here. To send mail under a
different name, enter it here.
Taken by, Date and Time: Defaults, cannot be edited
Special Handling: Will be reviewed in Advanced topics
Subj: Enter a brief description of the message
Text: Enter your Free text message
Send: F12 to send message when complete.

Use to: Review messages that you sent.
Note: Messages are removed from your Sent by You folder when all recipients have deleted the message.

- Deleting a message in your Sent by You folder, removes the message from the recipient’s mailbox.
- Messages are removed from your Sent by You folder when all recipients have deleted the message.
Note: For permanent record of a message, include yourself as a recipient and transfer it from your
Mail for You in to a cabinet.

- Enter the command (i.e.;“D” to delete) to perform on all checked messages.

Sorting CabinetsUse to: Rearrange the order of cabinets/drawers/files
How to: -Select the ‘O’ (Options) command from the cabinet verb strip-Enter to select Sort (it will be yellow highlighted)-The sorting cabinets Verb Strip appears-Use the arrow keys to highlight the cabinet/file to
move.-Enter <Shift> and the arrow key to move the
cabinet up or down to the desired position.

Short Cuts & Tips- Entering Recipients:
- Use partial name look up or enter the person’s phone extension.
- Enter the person’s phone extension
- To reply to the sender enter <Spacebar> & <Enter> at the recipient field to default the sender’s name
- To reply to all recipients, enter <Spacebar> <Spacebar> & <Enter> to default all names.
- Type MAIL at any Print on prompt to send a MOX message of report output. (Print on? MAIL)
