Moses: The BabyBut did you ever stop to think about how Moses was once a baby, and had a Mother just like all the rest of us? This picture is not real. It is just a joke. But, it can remind us of how the man of God was once a baby, just like all the rest of us.

Moses: In danger from the beginningWhen Moses was born, his family lived in Egypt. The ruler of Egypt was called a Pharoah. This Pharoah was afraid that they were getting too many people in the land and he would lose his power. So, he made a law that all baby boys would be killed when they were born.

Moses: Protected by his MotherMoses Mother had an idea. It wasn’t perfect. She wanted to keep her little baby boy. She loved him. But, she loved him so much that she couldn’t stand to see him die. So, she came up with a plan.

Moses: DISCOVERED!Moses’ sister Miriam couldn’t bear to leave. She stayed in hiding, watching to see what would happen. Moses was discovered by a daughter of Pharoah!

Moses: Given back to his own mother!Miriam ran out when she saw Pharoah’s daugher wanted someone to take care of the baby. She said she knew someone who would – her mother!
