The Last Great Wealth Transfer

Forewordby John Avanzini

The tremendous importance of this book to God's end timeharvest is beyond measure. True to Dr. Cerullo's observation,God's great wealth transfers all have started with a dream.

When Dr. Cerullo speaks of a dream, he is not speaking of amere daydream. It is a vision of biblical proportions. SurelyJoseph had such a vision, and Moses with the burning bush. Inthat same way, Solomon's night vision at Gibeon preceded the

great wealth transfer of his day.

I know Dr. Cerullo has had such a vision. I can remember thetremendous change that came into his life and ministry when itcame. With him it was a monumental visiona billion souls

being reached for our Lord. It was so big it staggered theimaginations of most who heard it. However, to those of us wholook to him as a true end time prophet of God, we opened our

spirits for God's instructions and enablings. I carefully chose theword "enablings" because when God starts speaking in terms of

billions of souls, the financial implications are staggering.

Plainly put, it will cost billions of dollars to reach the billionsof souls in Mission To All The World. Don't be dismayed atthese astronomical numbers, for the cost of the end time harvestcomes as no surprise to God.

When the Lord speaks of the fields being white to theharvest, he also alerts us to the financial implications:

"...Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he

would send forth labourers... "

(Luke 10:2)

Notice the prayer is not that the laborers merely be called,but that they be sent. One of the greatest tragedies I havewitnessed in the worldwide harvest of souls is that there are somany people who are called and so few dollars to send themforth.

Now, at long last, a light comes on at the end of the tunnel oftime as a divinely inspired dream once again is sent to God's endtime prophet. It is a dream of world evangelism on a scale never

before imagined. A dream of outreach that without God's

supernatural enablings would financially collapse the Church.

However, with the vision also comes a faithful promise ofGod's long-awaited answer to the shortage the Church has beencaught up in. It is God's great end time wealth transfer.

As Dr. Cerullo so accurately stated, the greatest gathering ofwealth ever known to man is, at this very moment, in storage

here on earth, The billions and trillions of dollars that the megafat cats of this world have stacked up are ready for redistribution

by God himself!

With more people alive on planet earth today than have livedand lied since the world began, this store of mega wealth awaitsa can-do, can-believe-it people. And thank God that army of

people is on the earth today!

To my knowledge, only one man of God has dared to leadGod's people into boldly becoming proof producers and worldharvesters. Only one man has relentlessly gone into the nationsof the world and forged a great victorious end-time army. It's anarmy that is ready, rilling and able to do the work of God in theselast days. I thank God He has allowed me, and tens of thousandsof others, to be a part of his army that doesn't stagger at God's

promises. I also thank God He las given us a proven leader likeDr. Morris Cerullo.

Ever since my first days with Dr. Cerullo, I have seen himtake the little people of God and turn them into spiritual giants.Pastors of small churches who, under the influence of the newanointing Dr. Cerullo so powerfully delivers, have become

Evangelists who have struggled simply to exist, now hold

great national crusades. People just like you who now livevictorious lives with Satan firmly placed under their feet.

After seeing all this over the last 20 years, it came as nosurprise to me that the revelation of God's great end time wealthtransfer would be given to Morris Cerullo.

As I read the manuscript of this book, the following verse

came to mind:

...How shall we know the word which the LORD hath

not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the

LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the

thing which the LORD hath not spoken...thou shalt not be

afraid of [respect] him.

(Deuteronomy 18:21-22)You simply have to hear the facts to know that Morris

Cerullo is a true prophet of God.

Prior to the great shaking of the Church and the scandals thatbeset Jim Bakker, Marvin Gorman and Jimmy Swaggart, Dr.Morris Cerullo spoke that the great end time shaking was

coming. I personally know he went to some of these leaders andtried to persuade them to change their course. After that, heopenly prophesied of the proof producers who would emergefrom the shaken Church. This also came to pass and can be seenas some of the greatest men ever to stand in pulpits are now

preaching the Gospel across the world.

I know during the past twenty-five years, as most religious

leaders were writing off the Soviet Union as a lost cause, theprophet, Morris Cerullo, boldly prophesied for fourteen years ina row, in the world-famous Royal Albert Hall, in London,England, before 7,000 people year after year, that the communistcurtain would come down and all the Slovac countries of Europewould hear the Gospel of Christ.

On this past record, and the overwhelming proof of the

God recorded these for several purposes:

To let us know that the medium of exchange to ensure theblessings from God to our lives are important to himwhether it is cattle, livestock, grain, oil, wine...Or money!As Solomon said:

"...money answereth all things."

(Ecclesiastes 10:19)

To encourage us that His will is to bless us. (III John 2)

To teach us about the things He has done so we will erectspiritual memorials to His glory.

present lives.

God not only transferred wealth in the past, but He haspromised that in the future He would take the wealth of thewicked (the world) and transfer it to the righteous.

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's

children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the

just.

(Proverbs 13:22)

CHAPTER1: THE FIRST GREAT

WEALTH TRANSFER

Joseph Controls the Wealth of the GreatestNation

ver the generations from Genesis until the present, Godhas been actively participating in the human drama ofthe financial arena. Oftentimes, God has used finances to

show favor, to bless obedience, to prove His sovereignty andeven to equip a nation for war.

OThree great wealth transfers in history were so tremendous

they were recorded in detail in the Bible. There have beencountless other wealth transfers, but these three stand out amongthe rest because of the extreme nature of the blessing poured outon God's people.

These great wealth transfers include:

The transfer of the control of Egypt's wealth into the handsof Joseph.

The transfer of the wealth of Egypt into the hands of theIsraelites, led by Moses.

The transfer of the wealth of the heathen world into the

hands of Solomon.

THE GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER ALWAYSSTARTS WITH A DREAM FROM GOD

Joseph was content to be the favorite in his father's house,wearing better clothing and being preferred above his brethren,

but God had greater plans for Joseph.

We, too, can become content with our present circumstances

when we are doing well. Many of us settle for a lesser role thanGod intends for our lives. Sometimes He has to bring us intoconflict to cause us to rise up to our full potential in God, even inthe area of wealth!

Joseph stood to inherit a great deal from his father, and itwas very likely that Jacob would have broken with tradition andgiven Joseph more of an inheritance than his brothers because he

was his favorite... but God had more in mind for Joseph.

Why?

Because Joseph was a key to the survival of Israel, and keypeople in strategic places who will obey the voice of God mustbe given the tools they need to accomplish His will.

God has more in mind for you.

Why?

Because you are His key to Mission To All The World.

WE ARE A KEY GENERATION WITH A KEYPURPOSE

We are a strategic end time people with a specific destiny inthe plan of God.

God is calling a people to step into their end time destiny,afinancial destiny.

God is a God of purpose. He is a God of plan and He has

created a plan for this generation to fulfill.

What is that plan?

To reach the entire world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

To fulfill God's plan for us, there must be one last greatwealth transfer, and for us to receive that transfer, God must getus out of our comfort zone just as God got Joseph out of hiscomfort zone.

Now Israel (Jacob) loved Joseph more than all his

children, because he was the son of his old age: and he

made him a coat of many colours. And when hisbrethren saw that their father loved him more than all

his brethren, they hated him, and could not speak

peaceably unto him. And Joseph dreamed a dream, and

he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.

And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream

which I have dreamed: For, behold, we were binding

sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and alsostood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round

about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. And his

brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or

shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they

hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his

words. And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it

his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream

more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven

stars made obeisance to me. And he told it to his father,

and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and

said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast

dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren

indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?

And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the

saying.(Genesis 3 7:3-11)

THE RELIGIOUS WILL NOT ACCEPT OURDREAM!

Notice how Joseph's dreams, which actually began to showhim his destiny, angered his brothers. Nowhere in the Bible is it

recorded that those outside Joseph's family were angered by hisdream.

Discouragement does not always come from the most likelysources. As the Church is awakened by God because of a dreamof divine destiny He is placing in our hearts, the world may noteven react to what we proclaim in the Name of Jesus. TheChurch, however, may despise the dreams of the righteous.

Martin Luther King said,"I have a dream," and stood by thatdream against all opposition. It cost him his life.

Any time you have a dream, any time you know yourdestiny, any time your calling is sure in your heart, those with nodream, no destiny and no confirmation of their calling will growangry with you.

They will preach on contentment while you are looking for

that great wealth transfer that will be instrumental in bringingyou into your end time destiny.

Don't be discouraged!

Don't be afraid!

Walk in the light of the dream God has given you!

THE ENEMIES OF GOD WILL TRY TO KILLYOUR DREAM!

Your family may not...

Your friends may not...

Even your pastor or Bible teacher may not.

As you speak the dream God gives you, Satan will try todestroy the dream. His purpose is to cause you to believe that thefulfillment of God's plan will not be done. If you fall for histactics, he successfully has blocked the wealth transfer fromcoming to pass.

Too many saints and ministers today are walking in debt and

poverty because they are not believing what God is saying abouttheir end time destiny! As soon as you lay hold of your destiny,God immediately begins to work in your life to turn aroundevery situation that blocks His plan.

Poverty must go!

Debt must go!

Bad spending and bad saving habits must go!

But you have to keep your dream alive!

Joseph was challenged to hang onto his dreams when hisbrothers conspired to kill Him. The Book of Genesis describeshow they threw him in a pit and later sold him into slavery withthe Ishmaelites, who in turn sold him to Potiphar in Egypt.

Then the brothers lied to their father and told him Joseph was

dead.

But the dream was still alive...

Has Satan ever told you your ministry was dead?

Has the devil ever told you your life was over and there wasno point in going on?

Has Satan ever told you God will not deliver on Hispromises?

The devil's a liar! Jump up in times of doubt and let the devilknow that God has a plan for your life. Not only are you going tofulfill God's calling for your life, but God is bringing to you a

powerful manifestation of His end time outpouring of financial

blessings.

Say it,"I am part of the last great wealth transfer!" (Proverbs13:22)

I'm not talking about receiving an increase! I'm talking abouta wealth transfer miracle that comes only through thesupernatural reproductive power of God activating our seed!

Look at what happened to Joseph.

First, he was the favorite in his household.

Next, he was sold into slavery and worked for Potiphar.

Next, he was thrown into prison for a crime that he did notcommit!

YOUR PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NOBEARING ON YOUR FUTURE WITH GOD!

Don't look at what youcan see with your naturaleyes. If Joseph had, hewould have given up long

before he received the firstgreat wealth transfer!

He worked for Potiphar,and was so well trusted byhim that Potiphar stopped

bothering to check hisaccounts! Nothing waswithheld from Joseph's care,and Potiphar prospered.

But later, Potiphar'swife made sexual advancestoward Joseph, who refusedthem because of his integrityand great love for God.Potiphar's wife falsely accused Joseph of attempting rape, andJosephended up in prison.

What had happened to Joseph's dreams?

What has happened to your dreams. Are they alive in themidst of trying circumstances you do not understand?

The wealth transfer was kept intact in Joseph's futurebecause Joseph did not look on his present circumstances as apathway to prosperity. He looked toward God for a great wealthtransfer!

Don't allow your present situation to dictate what your futureholds. Get ready! God is preparing a great wealth transfer thatwill catapult His people into the end time harvest regardless oftheir current circumstances!

THE GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER IS NOT FORTHE SLOTHFUL. IT IS FOR THOSE WHO KEEPTHEIR DREAMS ALIVE

In the misery of prison, Joseph did not forget the dreamsGod had given him when he was a young man. He refused tolisten to the voices of his brothers that condemned him for whathe believed. In the face of certain defeat, he continued to hopeupon hope that God's end time destiny would be his.

But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him

mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of

the prison. And the keeper of the prison committed to

Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison;

and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it. The

keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that wasunder his hand; because the LORD was with him, and that

which he did, the LORD made it to prosper.

(Genesis 39:21-23)

Joseph was no slacker! He was fully prepared with completecharacter from God which tempered him to receive the first greatwealth transfer!

When he was a slave, he had a heart to be the best slave hecould be, regardless of what he received in return. His payofffrom God was in character, not instant cash. He brought hismaster great gain and rose to be the head of the household.

When he was a prisoner, he had a heart to be the bestprisoner he could be. He organized the prisoners and became the

chief prisoner, taking stewardship over his environment andcircumstances.

CHARACTER IS A REQUIREMENT TORECEIVE THE GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER

Without the kind of character that God had placed in the lifeof Joseph, God will not make us a partaker of the great wealthtransfer.

Why not?

Because without character, great wealth will destroy us. TheBook of Proverbs says very clearly the way God wants to blessus: It says

...the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

(Proverbs 1:32)

The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he

addeth no sorrow with it.

(Proverbs 10:22)

God knows that many in the Church have so little characterwhen it comes to finances that a great wealth transfer into theirlives would cause them to destroy themselves.

God is not interested in giving us something that woulddestroy us, but He is interested in tempering us and buildingcharacter in us to get us to the place where we could handleanything he would grant us.

The trials that Joseph went through were for the samepurposes as the trials many of us face on a daily basis. The

purpose is very simple: Trials build character which enables us tobe blessed without destroying us.

If you want to be blessed beyond your wildest imagination,you must go through a character-building process that tempersyou to the point that you will be able to properly handle theresources God will put into your hands.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE LAST GREATWEALTH TRANSFER

After you have developed the proper character in your life,there will be a natural flow of the power of God that will bringthe wealth transfer. This may come through some secular source,or, at times, God can show His power to the heathen throughyou, who will then place you in a position of financial power asJoseph was positioned.

And it came to pass after these things, that the butlerof the king of Egypt and his baker had offended their

lord the king of Egypt. And Pharaoh was wroth against

two of his officers, against the chief of the butlers, and

against the chief of the bakers. And he put them in ward

in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison,

the place where Joseph was bound. And the captain of

the guard charged Joseph with them, and he served

them: and they continued a season in ward. And they

dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in

one night, each man according to the interpretation of

his dream, the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt,

which were bound in the prison. And Joseph came in

unto them in the morning, and looked upon them, and,

behold, they were sad. And he asked Pharaoh's officers

that were with him in the ward of his lord's house,saying, Wherefore look ye so sadly today? And they said

unto him, We have dreamed a dream, and there is no

interpreter of it. And Joseph said unto them, Do not

interpretations belong to God? tell me them, I pray you.

(Genesis 40:1-8)

BEGIN TO MINISTER WHERE YOU AREBEFORE THE WEALTH TRANSFER COMES

Joseph was not shy when it came to ministry. He knew hewas in a foreign land where the people served false gods. He alsoknew that his destiny was far greater than his current condition,

but he ministered anyway.

In our lives, we sometimes do not do our best for Godbecause we are waiting for our final destiny to arrive. Othertimes, we do not give our best because we are waiting for thegreat wealth transfer before we begin to obey God.

Joseph's life gives us a very clear indication that it isobedience to God and submission to our calling that brings ourdestiny and the great wealth transfer. If we are waiting on God,we'll be waiting a long time, but if we begin to do all we can inour present situation, the wealth transfer will be on its way.

And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and

said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine was before me;

And in the vine were three branches: and it was as

though it budded, and her blossoms shot forth; and the

clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes: And

Pharaoh's cup was in my hand: and I took the grapes,

and pressed them into Pharaoh's cup, and I gave the cup

into Pharaoh's hand. And Joseph said unto him, This isthe interpretation of it: The three branches are three

days: Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine

head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt

deliver Pharaoh's cup into his hand, after the former

manner when thou wast his butler. But think on me when

it shall be well with thee, and shew kindness, I pray thee,

unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, andbring me out of this house: For indeed I was stolen away

out of the land of the Hebrews: and here also have I

done nothing that they should put me into the dungeon.

(Genesis 40:9-15)

Notice how Joseph was very quick to speak the truth to thebutler. God wants ministers who can produce ministry that is

clear and accurate. He was also not afraid to speak the truth tothe man even though it may have seemed an impossibility at thetime.

The secret to developing character in Christianity powerfulenough to prepare you for a great wealth transfer is to heed thevoice of God no matter how impossible, or even foolish, it mayseem.

Also, a Christian who develops character will be able tospeak the Word of God whether or not it is popular with the

people.

When the chief baker saw that the interpretation was

good, he said unto Joseph, I also was in my dream, and,

behold, I had three white baskets on my head: And in the

uppermost basket there was of all manner of bakemeats

for Pharaoh; and the birds did eat them out of the basket

upon my head. And Joseph answered and said, This is

the interpretation thereof: The three baskets are threedays: Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thy

head from off thee, and shall hang thee on a tree; and

the birds shall eat thy flesh from off thee. And it came to

pass the third day, which was Pharaoh's birthday, that

he made a feast unto all his servants: and he lifted up

the head of the chief butler and of the chief baker among

his servants. And he restored the chief butler unto his

butlership again; and he gave the cup into Pharaoh's

hand: But he hanged the chief baker: as Joseph had

interpreted to them. Yet did not the chief butler

remember Joseph, but forgat him.

(Genesis 40:16-23)

There are two important things to remember from this

particular passage of Scripture. The first thing we touched onbriefly above, was that we must develop the kind of characterthat causes us to speak the truth even when it is negative.

I don't like to be negative, but God showed me many yearsago that in order to produce a spark of power, you must have

both a positive and a negative. I will speak the positive truth Godputs in my heart, and I will speak the negative truth God puts in

my heart.

Joseph told the baker that he would die in three days. That,of course, was extremely negative.

This kind of attitude helps us to get to the point where we arenot manipulated by others, whether by political power, emotional

pressure or money. When we get to this point, we have achieved

a high level of character with God that will enable us to receivethe great wealth transfer in store for us. However, it may not bein our timing. Joseph had to wait two full years before the butlerremembered his promise to him.

When Pharaoh had a dream and the door was opened forJoseph's spiritual gifts to manifest to the glory of God, Godopened the door for the great wealth transfer.

And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit

was troubled; and he sent and called for all the

magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof and

Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that

could interpret them unto Pharaoh. Then spake the chief

butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults

this day: Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put

me in ward in the captain of the guard's house, both me

and the chief baker: And we dreamed a dream in one

night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to theinterpretation of his dream. And there was there with us

a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the

guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our

dreams; to each man according to his dream he did

interpret. And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so

it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he

hanged. Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and theybrought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved

himself and changed his raiment, and came in unto

Pharaoh. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have

dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it:

and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand

a dream to interpret it. And Joseph answered Pharaoh,

saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an

answer of peace. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In mydream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river: And,

behold, there came up out of the river seven kine,

fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:

And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor

and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never

saw in all the land of Egypt for badness: And the lean

and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat

kine: And when they had eaten them up, it could not be

known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill

favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke. And I saw in

my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk,

full and good: And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin,

and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I

told this unto the magicians; but there was none that

could declare it to me. And Joseph said unto Pharaoh,

The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewedPharaoh what he is about to do.

(Genesis 41:8-25)

DOORS OF MINISTRY USUALLY OPENBEFORE THE WEALTH TRANSFER BEGINS

Joseph had lived in prison and slavery for many years now,but things were changing. He rose from the place of prison to theplace of staring Pharaoh in the face while performing the greatestministry of his entire life!

And yet...the wealth transfer had not yet happened.

Timing is a great key to the end time plan of God. We mustunderstand that we are usually presented with incredible ministryopportunities before God actually opens the door for the wealthtransfer necessary to meet those opportunities. Many times wemust seek God for a season or, even step out in faith, being led

by the Holy Ghost before the finances are even in our hands.

But this last great wealth transfer is going to happen in anincredible timing that God is bringing to this end time hour.

Those who are prepared, and have built their lives up incharacter, will receive it. Those who do not, or those who doubt,will miss out.

Believe the words of the prophet!

Believe in the Lord, your God, so shall ye be

established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.:

God will not transfer great amounts of wealth for ministry

into the hands of those who doubt, lack character, or will notsupport the kingdom of God with their finances! God has a

purpose for your wealth just as he had a purpose for Joseph'scontrol of all the wealth of the greatest nation on the earth!

Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet

and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt. Let

Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the

land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the

seven plenteous years. And let them gather all the food

of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the

hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

And that food shall be for store to the land against the

seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of

Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine. And

the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in theeyes of all his servants. And Pharaoh said unto his

servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in

whom the Spirit of God is? And Pharaoh said unto

Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this,

there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: Thou

shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word

shall all my people be ruled. (Genesis 41:33-40)

Joseph rose from being a slave, and a prisoner, to being theruler of all Egypt, second only to Pharaoh. He had authority overall of the wealth of what was then the world's greatest kingdomand eventually gave him the ability to spare God's people fromdeath during the terrible famine God brought upon the earth.

God transferred the control of all Egypt's wealth into thehands of Pharaoh for a powerful purpose: To preserve God's

people in the midst of the famine.

God will once again make a powerful great wealth transfer,the last great wealth transfer. The wealth of the wicked will betransferred into the hands of the righteous, but it will be done for

a purpose. That purpose is to support the greatest evangelisticthrust the world has ever known.

The Bible makes it clear what God intends to do in the endtime:

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in

all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then

shall the end come.

(Matthew 24:14)

The world will be evangelized!

But for this to take place, God will transfer the wealth of thewicked into the hands of saints of God who will finance the endtime harvest!

CHAPTER2: THE SECOND

GREAT WEALTHTRANSFER

The Hebrew People take the Spoils of Egypt

GOD SET A TIME FOR THE TRANSFER OFEGYPT'S WEALTH INTO THE HANDS OF HIS

PEOPLE!od never intended the wealth of the world to belong inthe hands of the ungodly. Never! The wealth of theworld belongs to God, and He desires to release it into

the hands of His people.

GBiblical history leads us through an historic tapestry of

wealth transfers leading up to the second great wealth transfer.

From the very beginning of God's dealings with Abraham,when He entered into a covenant with him, God poured His

blessings upon him and prospered him.

The transfer of the wealth of the wicked began whenAbraham obeyed God, and left his own country and entered

Canaan. God appeared to Abraham and told him that He wasgoing to give him the land of Canaan (Genesis 13:7). Canaan,with all its wealth, did not belong to the Canaanites...the wealthof the wicked was being stored up for the just!

Later, when there was a great famine in Canaan, andAbraham went down into Egypt, there was a transfer of wealth.You know the familiar story of how Abraham told the EgyptiansSarah was his sister, because she was very beautiful and he wasafraid they would kill him and take her for themselves.

Pharaoh lavished gifts upon Abraham because of Sarah. Hegave him sheep, oxen, donkeys, camels and servants (Genesis12:16). When the Lord sent plagues upon Pharaoh because ofSarah, Pharaoh sent Abraham, Sarah, and their household out ofEgypt.

While Abraham was in Egypt, a transference of wealth took

place! God took the wealth of Pharaoh and gave it to Abraham.When Abraham left Egypt, he took with him great herds of cattleand other livestock, servants, gold and silver.

And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in

gold.

(Genesis 13:2)

God so blessed Abraham and Lot while they were in Egypt,their possessions were so great, that the land where they settled,in Bethel, was not big enough for them.

And the land was not able to bear them, that they

might dwell together: for their substance was great, so

that they could not dwell together.

(Genesis 13:6)

Later, when Lot was taken captive along with all hispossessions, Abraham pursued the four kings who had taken Lotcaptive, along with the spoils of Sodom and Gomorrah. Godgave Abraham victory over the four kings, and he rescued Lotand took back all the spoils of Sodom and Gomorrah. The wealthof the wicked was transferred into Abraham's hands!

Following this great battle, Melchizedek the High priest metAbraham, who gave God tithes from the spoils that God hadgiven him during the battle.

Generation after generation, we see this transfer of wealthinto the hands of the children of Israel. God transferred thewealth of Ahimelech, king of the Philistines, to Isaac. WhileIsaac was living in the land of the Philistines, God poured His

blessings upon him. Even during a time of famine, Isaac sowedseed and reaped one hundredfold in one year!

Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year

reaped a hundredfold, because the Lord blessed him.

The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow

until he became very wealthy. He had so many flocks

and herds and servants that the Philistines envied him.

(Genesis 26:12-14, NIV)

God continued to prosper Isaac until he had greatpossessions. The Philistines envied Isaac because he was aservant of a living God, Who prospers His people by giving themthe wealth of the wicked! King Ahimelech told Isaac,

.. Move away from us; you have become too

powerful for us.

(Genesis 26:16, NIV)

God transferred the wealth of Laban to Jacob (Genesis 31:6-9). Jacob served Laban fourteen years for Laban's daughters,Rachel and Leah. He served an additional six years for his cattle.Laban changed his wages ten times, but God poured out His

blessings and prospered Jacob.

When God started transferring Laban's wealth to Jacob, there

was nothing Laban could do to stop it! When Laban told Jacobthat he could pay him only in the speckled cattle that came forthfrom the herd, God made all the cattle have speckled calves.When Laban said that he would only pay in striped cattle, Godmade all the calves striped.

Thus the man increased and became exceedingly

rich, and had many sheep and goats, and maidservants,

menservants, camels, and donkeys.

When God told Jacob to return to the land of His fathers,Jacob obeyed. A transference of wealth took place, and he leftwith great riches.

After these wealth transfers were made, God prepared Israelto receive the second great wealth transfer!

As we know from the story of Genesis, the Hebrew people

were enslaved by the Egyptians after Joseph's administration andbecame impoverished under the strict rule of the Pharaoh.

In time, God heard the cry of the Hebrews who were underheavy oppression and revealed a plan to Moses that would notonly set the Hebrews free, but would also allow them to receivethe second great wealth transfer recorded in the Bible.

God is a God of plan. He alone knows the future. He knewwhat He would need from the Egyptians. The hands of His set-free people to fulfill that which He alone knew.

Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father-in-

law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the

backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God,

even to Horeb. And the angel of the LORD

appeared untohim in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he

looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the

bush was not consumed.

(Exodus 3:1-2)

A GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER IS ALWAYSPRECEDED BY A REVELATION FROM GOD

Some people believe that Moses was backslidden out in thewilderness.

I don't believe that for a minute!

I believe that for 40 long years, Moses communed with Godand knew Who he was serving. When it came time for God to

speak to Moses, he had a hearing ear.

TO RECEIVE THE TRANSFER, YOU MUSTSPEAK GOD'S PROPHETIC WORD

And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this

great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the

LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto

him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses.

And he said, Here am I. And he said, Draw not nigh

hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the placewhereon thou standest is holy ground. Moreover he said,

I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God

of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face;

for he was afraid to look upon God. And the LORD said, I

have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in

Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their

taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; And I am come

down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians,

and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land

and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey;

unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and

the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the

Jebusites. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children

of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the

oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh,

that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of

Israel out of Egypt.

(Exodus 3:3-10)

God's incredible plan would cause Moses to go into the landof Egypt and speak God's prophetic word to Pharaoh. Without

the obedience of Moses, the plan would not happen as Godintended.

God desires to bring today's Church into the place where allfinancial bondage is destroyed!

God wants to destroy your debt!

God wants to destroy poverty from His children's lives!

God wants financial lack to be abolished in the Church!

And God has a plan to bring His will to pass, but we must bewilling to follow His plan.

Sometimes, we feel we are not qualified to fulfill the plan ofGod Our feeling must have nothing to do with our willingness to

be obedientsimply trust:

And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I shouldgo unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the

children of Israel out of Egypt?, And he said, Certainly I

will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee,

that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the

people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this

mountain. And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I

come unto the children of Israel, and shall say untothem, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you;

and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I

say unto them? And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I

AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children

of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

(Exodus 3:11-14)

REMEMBER WHO IT IS BRINGING THEGREAT WEALTH TRANSFER

You might be saying within yourself that either you or theChurch today are not ready for a great wealth transfer much inthe way that Moses felt he was not ready to lead the Israelites outof Egypt. You must stop thinking that God is depending on youor your abilities to bring His will to pass. All God wants from usis obedience. He never intended to depend on anything we

possess to use us.

Remember, it is not you who is bringing the last great wealthtransfer into the Church, it is Jesus Christ, Son of the LivingGod!

It's not your abilities God needs!

It's not the income level of the company you work for oryour retirement program that God is depending on. He isdepending on His ability to use His supernatural power ofreproduction to breathe upon our seeds sown to give it onehundredfold life.

God is about to unleash the most powerful supernaturaltransfer of wealth this world has ever known, and He is going toempower the Church with a supernatural financial endowmentthat will give the Church the ability to reach this entire world

with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It won't be done by your church!

It won't be done by your own personal finances today!

It will be done by the same power of God that delivered theIsraelites out of Egypt!

And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let yougo, no, not by a mighty hand. And I will stretch out my

hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will

do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.

And I will give this people favour in the sight of the

Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go,

ye shall not go empty: But every woman shall borrow of

her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house,jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: and ye

shall put them upon your sons, and upon your

daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.

(Exodus 3:19-22)

God had an incredible plan for this tremendous wealthtransfer. When Moses spoke to Pharaoh and demanded that he let

the Israelites go into the wilderness, God hardened Pharaoh'sheart so he would not agree.

Why would God do this?

Because it was part of His plan. From the very beginning ofHis plan, God fully intended to bring ten horrible plagues uponthe Egyptians. This way, the Egyptians would be so glad to see

the Israelites go into the wilderness to sacrifice unto their God,they gave the Israelites all the gold, silver and treasure of Egypt.

The wealth transfer took place!

DON'T ALLOW THE ENEMY TO TAKE THEWEALTH BACK!

There was only one thing the Egyptians did not know; theIsraelites had no intention of bringing this treasure back to

Egypt.

What happened?

When Pharaoh's heart was again hardened against theIsraelites and he took his army out to destroy them, the Israelitesescaped by passing through the Red Sea, which God parted forthem, using Moses as the miracle worker.

The Egyptians tried to pass, but were drowned when Godallowed the sea to return to its normal position.

When God causes the great wealth transfer to come into theChurch and into your life, the enemy will certainly try to take itaway but the power of God will cause the enemy's plans to beutterly destroyed as the armies of Egypt were destroyed in the

Red Sea!

This tremendous wealth was eventually used to greatlyglorify God in the building of the tabernacle and the ark of thecovenant. When God transfers the wealth of the wicked to you,are you prepared to use it for His glory?

Chapter 3

CHAPTER3: THE THIRD GREAT

WEALTH TRANSFER

Solomon Amasses More Wealth thanAny Kingdom in the History of the

World

f all the wealth amassed by any kingdom in the historyof mankind, none is more awe-inspiring than theincredible wealth of King Solomon of Israel. The wealth

of the heathen into the hands of King Solomon was the mosttremendous wealth transfer in the history of the world.

OAnd it started with a visitation from God...

In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream

by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee. And

Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David

my father great mercy, according as he walked beforethee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of

heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great

kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his

throne, as it is this day. And now, O LORD my God, thou

hast made thy servant king instead of David my father:

and I am but a little child: L know not how to go out or

come in. And thy servant is in the midst of thy people

which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be

numbered nor counted for multitude. Give therefore thy

servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that

I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to

judge this thy so great a people?

SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Solomon is a tremendous example to us today. In his

visitation from God, he was asked what he wanted. His mind wasnot on riches, fortune or fame. His mind and heart were on God'speople. Because he had his heart in the right place, he illustratedan eternal principle of God that Jesus would reiterate hundreds ofyears later:

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his

righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto

you.(Matthew 6:33)

Solomon did this without even being told. When God askedhim what he wanted, he didn't treat the opportunity as if he had

just rubbed a magic lamp and was staring a genie in the eye. Hedidn't try to use God to satisfy his wandering desires.

Solomon realized that he was speaking to the God of allheaven and earth. He knew that whatever he asked would begiven him, so he asked for that which he needed most. He askedfor an understanding heart that would give him the ability to leadIsrael. He asked for character.

We learned in the earlier chapter on the first great wealthtransfer that Joseph built character that gave him the ability to

handle wealth. In the same way, Solomon asked God forsupernatural character in the form of an understanding heart.This made Solomon a tremendous candidate for a great wealthtransfer.

You might be sitting amid a mountain of bills right nowwondering how you are ever going to finance the end time

harvest of God when you can't even pay your own bills.

You may pray daily that God give you riches untold so you

can pay your bills.

You may be wondering why God has not done anything foryou.

The answer is this:

We shouldn't expect to receive a great wealth transfer as long

as our hearts are only on dealing with our own personal needs.We must change the focus of our hearts and set our affection onGod. As we do this, we build the kind of character in our livesthat enables us to receive wealth by God's sovereign decision.

When you can't see light at the end of your financial tunnel,seek first the Kingdom of God!

When you can't give to God the way you desire, seek firstHis Kingdom!

When you seek first God's kingdom, you will become acandidate for the last great wealth transfer!

GOD BLESSES THOSE WHOSE PRIORITIESARE SET ON HIM

Solomon received the wisdom for which he asked God. Hisfull desire was to use what he had and what he would receivefrom God to rule justly.

But God had even more in mind for Solomon:

And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had

asked this thing. And God said unto him, Because thouhast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long

life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked

the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself

understanding to discern judgment; Behold, I have done

according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and

an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee

before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto

thee. And I have also given thee that which thou hast not

asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not

be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.

(I Kings 3:10-13)

God was so pleased that Solomon had put the kingdombefore any personal desires, that he gave him the things that mostmen would have asked for instead of knowledge, wisdom andunderstanding. In fact, God gave Solomon so much in wealth and

fame that no king before or since has ever been able to match thesplendor of Solomon's kingdom.

SOLOMON PUT GOD FIRST AND BEGAN TOPROSPER BEYOND HIS WILDEST

EXPECTATIONS

God granted him peace on every side and he began to buildthe house of the Lord which David, his father had intended to

build.

The temple was a magnificent structure which would costbillions today. It took seven years to build...not because of anylack of materials, but because of the magnificence and handicraftthat went into it. God had prospered Solomon so much that the

house of the Lord became the greatest and most beautifulstructure ever.

God did not stop there. He continued blessing Solomon.Wealth came into his hands from every direction. The wealth andsplendor of Solomon's kingdom was so great after the templewas built that Solomon had a house that took 13 years to buildwith all of the resources of Israel at her golden age at his

disposal.

His wealth was simply incredible. So much was transferredinto the hands of Solomon that no man before or since has ever

been able to match it.

YOU MUST ABIDE IN YOUR CALLING

And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of

Solomon concerning the name of the LORD, she came to

prove him with hard questions. And she came to

Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare

spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and

when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him

of all that was in her heart. And Solomon told her all her

questions: there was not any thing hid from the king,

which he told her not.

(Kings 10.1-3)

The gift of wisdom that Solomon received from Godcontinued to operate in his life, and the wealth continued to pourin. When the queen of Sheba came to hear Solomon's wisdom,she did not come empty handed, she came with great riches togive to Solomon. The understanding that God gave him to ruleIsrael also caused great financial gain to come into his life.

Using the gift that God gave him caused wealth to continueto flow into his life!

Many times people in the Church have no finances becausethey do not abide in their calling.

This applies to people called into the ministry who are notministering as well as people who are doing something they are

not even called to do.

If a minister is anointed by God to do a work, that ministershould be about his Father's business and do the work of theLord. If he does not, he will not prosper.

Likewise, if someone tries to pastor a church or do someother work for God that is not God's will, that person will not

prosper.

To prosper, you must abide in your calling!

Now, look how the magnificent wealth which wastransferred into Solomon's hand affected the queen of Sheba:

And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon's

wisdom, and the house that he had built, And the meat of

his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the

attendance of his ministers, and their apparel, and his

cupbearers, and his ascent by which he went up unto the

house of the LORD; there was no more spirit in her. And

she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in

mine own land of thy acts and of thy wisdom. Howbeit I

believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had

seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me: thy

wisdom and prosperity exceedeth the fame which I

heard. Happy are thy men, happy are these thy servants,which stand continually before thee, and that hear thy

wisdom. Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in

thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because the LORD

loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do

judgment and justice.

(I Kings 10:4-9)

Remember, this was a queen talking to Solomon. She wasn'tsomeone who was dazzled by a royal palace. Solomon's wealthwas so powerful that it could have such a tremendous impact,even on royalty, that it would cause a queen to faint!

Imagine this great wealth transfer that God placed into thehands of Solomon!

God is sending another great wealth transfer. For tworeasons I believe it will be even greater for the saints of God thanthe transfer that Solomon received.

1. It will have to be large enough to finance the end timeharvest.

2. It will not be to only one man or one kingdom, but to allin the Body of Christ who are prepared for it.

Are you ready or in God's place to receive it?

WEALTH WILL BEGIN TO MULTIPLY IN YOURLIFE

As God's blessings are poured out into your life, God will

not only transfer wealth into your hands, but He will cause amultiplication of the blessings He gives to you!

When the queen of Sheba visited Solomon and wasabsolutely dumbfounded with the riches he had accumulated, shegave him even more!

This kind of behavior will once again become common in theearth as God's people are prospered for a purpose. When the lastgreat wealth transfer begins and God's people begin to prosper,those who are amazed at the prosperity of the Church will beginto contribute to this prosperity!

Look at what the queen of Sheba did after she saw the richesof Solomon's kingdom:

And she gave the king an hundred and twenty talents

of gold, and of spices very great store, and precious

stones: there came no more such abundance of spices asthese which the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon.

And the navy also of Hiram, that brought gold from

Ophir, brought in from Ophir great plenty of almug

trees, and precious stones. And the king made of the

almug trees pillars for the house of the LORD, and for the

king's house, harps also and psalteries for singers: there

came no such almug trees, nor were seen unto this day.

And king Solomon gave unto the queen of Sheba all herdesire, whatsoever she asked, beside that which Solomon

gave her of his royal bounty. So she turned and went to

her own country, she and her servants.

(I Kings 10:10-13)

Solomon prospered so much that he gave the queen anythingshe asked for and still did not miss what she took to herkingdom.

Solomon's kingdom was fueled by the gold, spices andtrading of the entire Middle East. Even Arabians paid himtribute. He had so much gold that he had gold shields made forhis armory. He built a throne of ivory and overlaid it in puregold. All of his eating utensils were of solid gold, and every year,

he had ships that would leave Israel, travel throughout that partof the world and return filled with gold, and silver, ivory, apes,and peacocks.

THE GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER WILLCAUSE THE WORLD TO LISTEN TO THE

GOSPEL

So king Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth

for riches and for wisdom. And all the earth sought to

Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in hisheart.

(I Kings 10:23-24)

Because of the great wealth transfer that God made toSolomon, the entire world heard about his riches as well as hiswisdom. This opened up opportunities for Jehovah to be knownthroughout the world as Solomon spoke about the wisdom Godgave him.

As the rulers of the world came to Solomon to hear his greatwisdom, they brought gifts to him that added even more to hisvast wealth.

Also, because of his great wealth, Solomon enjoyed a greatpeace. His military might could be increased indefinitely throughthe riches he owned and kings of many kingdoms paid himtribute:

And they brought every man his present, vessels of

silver, and vessels of gold, and garments, and armour,

and spices, horses, and mules, a rate year by year. And

Solomon gathered together chariots and horsemen: and

he had a thousand and four hundred chariots, andtwelve thousand horsemen, whom he bestowed in the

cities for chariots, and with the king at Jerusalem. And

the king made silver to be in Jerusalem as stones, and

cedars made he to be as the sycamore trees that are in

the vale, for abundance. And Solomon had horses

brought out of Egypt, and linen yarn: the king's

merchants received the linen yarn at a price. And a

chariot came up and went out of Egypt for six hundred

shekels of silver, and an horse for an hundred and fifty:

and so for all the kings of the Hittites, and for the kings

of Syria, did they bring them out by their means.

(I Kings 10:25-29)

The wealth of Solomon's kingdom was unimaginable, evenby King David's standards. The kind of wealth that would makeroyalty swoon is unheard of in today's society, but it happened inSolomon's day and will happen again very soon.

Chapter 4

CHAPTER4: THE LAST GREAT

WEALTH TRANSFERow the exciting part. We have talked about the transferof wealth from Pharaoh to Joseph. We have talked about

the riches of Egypt being transferred to the children ofIsrael. We have talked about the wealth of kings and kingdoms

being transferred to Solomon.NNow we must talk about the transfer of the wealth of the

wicked to YOU!

...the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

(Proverbs 13:22)

Remember how in an earlier chapter of this book I told youthat a dream always precedes a great wealth transfer?

We have a tremendous dreama plan, an objective, a visionof the futurefrom God.

Our vision of the future is that the entire world will beevangelized and will hear the Gospel.

Now the religious, much like Joseph's brothers, will tell uswe're being pretentious. They'll say there's no way our dreamwill come to pass.

But we are standing by what God has told us. He has told us

It doesn't matter what our present circumstances are. Itdoesn't matter what happens to us that may seem to hinder us.

God has given us a dream!

And like Joseph, we will hold that dream dear and close inour hearts. We will press toward it even in the face of adversityand persecution.

Remember how I said before a great wealth transfer mustcome a revelation?

God has given us a revelation of how He will bless the entireworld with the Gospel.

We have shared this revelation together, you and I. God willuse you and me to reach out to this entire world, together!

Just as God gave Moses a revelation of His power to free the

Israelites, He has given us a Revelation of His power to free theentire world from sin!

Remember how earlier I said the only way to receive fromGod was to keep your eyes on His kingdom?

Our eyes are focused intently upon Him and His kingdom!

Truly, the words of Jesus are emblazoned in our hearts:

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is

in heaven.

(Matthew 6:10)

Now is the time for the final great wealth transfer. I believeGod is preparing even now to unleash the greatest flow of wealth

from one place to another in the history of mankind!

Now is the time for the wealth of the wicked to betransferred to the righteous!

Don't get confused. God is not just going to drop a bag ofmoney in your lap, He is much more creative than that.

God's plans for you have to do with your character and the

God is preparing to unleash a flow of creative power into His

saints to begin to release the last great transfer of wealth.

Here's what the Bible says:

But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is

he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may

establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers,

as it is this day.

(Deuteronomy 8:18)

God is giving His people the POWER to get wealth.

He is remolding your very way of thinkingthe very waythey conduct businessGod is infusing His people withPOWER!

Why?

Not just so they could live in some opulent mansion, or notso they could drive the latest car.

THE FLOW OF WEALTH IS FOR HARVEST

God is DRAINING the world of wealth and FLOODING the

Church with wealth so the Church can rise up in power for thefinal end time harvest!

Now is the time to prepare yourself, by concentrating on thekingdom of God.

Do you have the kind of character God is looking for?

Can God trust you with the wealth of the wicked?

Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and

destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness:

from such withdraw thyself. But godliness with

contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into

this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which

drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of

money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted

after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced

themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man

of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness,

godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Many have not been blessed financially because God knowsthat they would trust money, not God, to meet their needs.

God is not looking for people whose goal is to be wealthy.There are enough people like that in the world.

God is looking for some people who are willing to followafter righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

God is looking for people with CHARACTER!

God so desires to bless His people, but to some people, greatfinancial blessing would be a snare, because they have notdeveloped the character of God in their lives.

Let that sink deep into your spirit.

Examine your own motives.

Is your heart for God? Do you earnestly desire to see theWord of God preached all over the world?

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and

sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the

dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and

marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of

the heart.

(Hebrews 4:12)

God knows your intentions. He knows your motivation.

We must be as JosephSecure in our dream, knowing witha pure heart that we only want to serve God and see His will

Chapter 5

CHAPTER5: GOD'SENDTIME

BLESSINGSAREFORYOU!

ohn Bell was down and out. He hadserved in the Vietnam war and hadbegun taking drugs way back then.JJohn started off small with marijuana,

but soon he was driven to harder drugs likeheroin and cocaine.

Many times, John tried to quit drugs inhis own strength, but situations andcircumstances always seemed to arise in hislife and drive him back into the arms of drug abuse.

John had accepted Jesus in 1978, but he did not live in thepower of the Gospel.

Then one day, he found himself walking down a lonely streetin San Jose, California, depressed and discouraged.

He was going through a traumatic divorce and he was havingtrouble at his job.

As he walked, head down and shoulders stooped under thepressures of his life, his eye fixed upon a colorful piece of paperon the pavement beneath him. Intrigued, he picked up the pieceof paper and found it was a flyer for a Morris Cerullo crusade.

John figured he had nothing to lose, and he attended thatcrusade. He was homeless. He received $86 every month fromhis pension and $30 from Social Security, a total of $ 116.

At a Morris Cerullo Miracle Explosion, during offering time,John found himself without a penny in his pockets.

As I was on the platform, God led me to tell the crowd that if

they would dig down and plant a seed, God would give it back tothem.

In the crowd, John wanted to plant a seed, but he didn't haveany money. He didn't even have money for food, much less foran offering.

But John didn't just sit there feeling sorry for himself. He

took action!

He went around the room asking for money to put in theoffering. Through the generosity of the partners gathered there,John collected around $40.

Even though he didn't have a place to sleep or any food toeat, John did not put that money in his pocket. Instead, he prayed

to God, "Heavenly Father, I am going to give this to you."

And he put the $40 in the offering with no thought for howhe was going to eat or where he would sleep.

Immediately after the Miracle Explosion, John's pensionmiraculously jumped from $86 a month to $550 a month. He also

began to receive full benefits from Social Security and $9,000 in

back benefits. He also received a check from the VeteransAdministration for $15,000.

From barely $100 a month, his income had jumped to morethan $1,000 a month.

"Every time I would get a jump in income," John says, "Iwould plant a seed into the Kingdom of God. God has made me acheerful giver."

At World Conference in 1994, John pledged $1,000 to

Operation Israel. Just six months later, he received a 100 percentincrease in his pension and a check for $52,000 in back pay fromthe Federal Government. His monthly income went up to $2,822a month for life!

At the Los Angeles School of Ministry in 1994, God hadhealed John's finances so much that he was able to give $10,000!

Just think. In four years, God took this man from beinghomeless and broke to being able to give $10,000 in an offering!

CHURCH INCOME DOUBLES!

The Rev. Paul Sherril and his wife, Mona, have been pastorsfor three and a half years. All the members of their congregationalso are members of God's Victorious Army.

Pastor Sherril had always given to Morris Cerullo WorldEvangelism. Every year he would give a one-time gift of $3,000or $4,000. But he realized his tithe should be much more for hisincome. He realized he should be giving $25,000 a year.

God spoke to Rev. Sherril and said, "I want you to tithe thetithe for upward giving toward the downward blessing."

people. There is not one feeble person among our congregation.A spirit of revival has come to our church."

GOD MIRACULOUSLY PROVIDES $1,000,000!

Don Kremer has been one of my partners since 1983. Heformerly was a police officer, but he since has retired and is thesenior pastor of Valley Christian Fellowship in Sun Valley,Idaho.

At last year's World Conference, Don targeted his giving atseveral things. Each time he would give, he targeted a need.

His church is located in one of the most expensive places tolive in the United States. Hollywood actors and actresses,millionaires and billionaires live in the small community of5,000. Land prices are outrageousfar beyond affordable.

Don's church had a building fund of $12,000far short ofthe $ 1,000,000 they needed to buy ten acres of land for a churchor the $4,000,000 they needed for the church building.

God spoke to Don that he was sitting on his seedthe$12,000. Don specifically planted his seed in the Jewish WorldOutreach, targeting land and a new church building.

In October of the same year, the bank called him and askedhim to come to their office. When he arrived, the bank officerturned a computer screen toward him. Someone had deposited$1,000,050 into the church's account.

Later, he received a phone call saying the money was only adown paymentthat God had spoken and the church would be

built debt-free!

GOD TURNS $360 INTO $3,600!

Blanca Martinez had a money order for $360 to pay part ofher mortgageon which she already was behind.

In the July, 1996 School of Ministry in Chicago, Illinois,God moved upon me to ask everyone in attendance to give a giftof $350 for the Jewish World Outreach. Sister Martinez knewthen that God wanted her to give the $360 money order.

Several weeks later, after Blanca had arrived at her home inArlington, Texas, she received a check for $3,600. She didn'timmediately make the connection until she heard the Lord speakto her, "Remember the seed you sowed to Morris Cerullo'sOutreach to Israel? This is your return..."

GOD MEETS EVERY FINANCIAL NEED

Marilyn Connor had need of a total of $1,934.36 everymonth. But in counting this total, she had forgotten that her son'smedical bills were $3,000 more.

Marilyn received a letter from me in which God had led meto tell her to tithe on her total need for Mission To All TheWorld.

The extra $3,000 made her total tithe a whopping $493andshe didn't know where this money would come from.

days after she left the conference. The IRS, insurance companiesand even her former employer were sending her checks!

Seven months later, she received a $700 per month raise inpay!

CHAPTER6: THE TRANSFER

HAS STARTEDhe past few decades have seen a boom in the numbers ofChristian men and women who have been given

supernatural power from God to get wealth.

TMore and more, Christians are receiving incredible ideas togenerate wealth and supernatural wisdom to manage that wealth.This is no accident.

God has revealed to me that He is blessing His people for apurpose: To prepare them for the last days, when all other meansof supply will fall away.

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the

third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a

black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of

balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of

the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and

three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurtnot the oil and the wine.

(Revelation 6:5-6)

The oil and the wine are the Churchthat's you and me.

We must be prepared to live in the provision of God forthese end times, for when the black horseman rider comes, it will

As Christians receive this entrepreneurial characteristic from

God, the wicked will begin to pour wealth into the pocketbooksof the righteous.

They will not be doing this on purpose. God will be using theHoly spirit to plant into them this desire.

All over the world, the wicked are storing up treasures forthemselves, boasting huge bank accounts and stock options, but

the Bible says they have stored up these things so the righteouscan possess them:

Though he (the wicked man) heap up silver as the

dust, and prepare raiment as the clay; He may prepare

it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall

divide the silver.

(Job 27:16-17)Can you imagine? Bill Gates, the richest man in America, the

second richest man in the world, has only stored up that moneyso he just and the innocent can inherit it!

Oh, the provision of God!

Imagine how the world would react if the great television

networks were owned by Christians!

No longer would the devil's filth pour out of every televisionset in the world.

The owners of CBS, NBC, ABC. FOX, the BBCall couldbe Christians one day!

All the wealth of these media conglomerates has been storedup or the righteous to plunder!

What about General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda,Mercedes Benz,Audi, Ferrari, Jaguar, Fordwhat if Christiansowned the major car manufacturers?

What if Christians became owners of the great media outlets

I BELIEVE THIS CAN HAPPEN!

Can you imagine the difference in movies if 20th CenturyFox suddenly was run by Christians? Or Universal Studios, orMGM?

In these end times, we will begin to see Christians controlthe wealth that the world has stored up for themselves!

As stewards of God's money, the Church must learn todepend on God for the power to bring the increase.

Robert J. Hastings, a famous money manager, once said:"Money management is not so much a technique as it is anattitude. Unless one achieves self-control, he is no more likely tocontrol his money than he is to discipline his habits or his time."

As God prospers us according to His promise, we must beprepared to deal wisely with the wealth He gives us.

And so he that had received five talents came and

brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst

unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them

five talents more. His lord said unto him, Well done,

thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful

over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many

things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

(Matthew 25:20-21)

God is a God of increase, not decrease or stagnation.

In every thing He gives uswhether it be money or spiritualgiftsHe expects us to make every effort to bring about anincrease.

Even now, the end time explosion of financial blessing forthe saints has begun, but in the end times, I prophesy that Godwill begin to bless His saints with the POWER to get wealth

God does not bless us so we can consume it upon our ownlusts. His blessings are given to us so we can diligently work forHis kingdom!

The wicked have spent literally BILLIONS of dollars to winentire generations to Satan through television, movies, secularmusic and wicked literature and pornography!

But, MARK MY WORDS, God is preparing to pour out anend time prosperity upon his people like never before seen so theChurch can begin to turn the tide of the devil's massive mediaonslaught! This end time prospering will finance the final harvestof souls before the return of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

It excites and pleases the Lord to bless His servants

financially.Just as the devil hates to see Christians prosper, the Lord

loves to see us prosper:

Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my

righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the

LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity

of his servant. (Psalm 35:27)

Because God takes pleasure in prospering His servants, He isunleashing a dramatic outpouring of supernatural inspiration forHis people.

Remember, the end times are upon us. The coming of Jesus

will take the world as a thief in the night BUT NOT THECHURCH!!!

We will be prepared for Jesus to come, and part of thatpreparation is becoming good stewards of His finances! Godnever calls that He doesn't provide.

He has called us to be good stewards, and in these last days,

We must show ourselves faithful in those things God alreadyhas entrusted to us before we will be made ruler over manythings.

God has entrusted you with your financesno matter howsmall or largefor one purpose: to give you the chance to befaithful and receive more.

Be faithful with the finances you now have. Be faithful togive tithes and offerings unto the Lord with what you have, andGod's Word said He will be faithful to increase you.
