Social Bowls Jackpot

The Social Bowls jackpot will start Wednesday at

$200 One rink will be chosen at the end of each $13.50

Social bowls session. If they can Spin their chosen

number the Jackpot will be split between all the

players on that rink. All Players must be there to win

the Jackpot.

The Jackpot went off on Tuesday afternoon with

Shannon Rogers, Geoff Geary, Norm Rose and Ron

Blake sharing the $520 prize between the four of

them.

Coaching is available on Saturday mornings at 9.00am

Friday Scroungers.

Another fun afternoon of Friday evening Scroungers.

The final shoot out was between Mary Geary (Head

Scrounger), Corinne Dennerley (2nd), Peter Dingle (3rd)

and Ron Morley. This happens each Friday at 3pm.

Names need to be in by 2:45. Come join the fun.

Sunshine Coast Jack Attack

There will be a Jack attack competition running on the

Coast with the Final at Coolum on Wednesday

December 2nd. We will be running a 4 week

competition to select our winners to progress to that

Final. Ours will run over November on (most likely)

Thursday evenings. It will consist of teams of three.

Each team must have a player from Division 4 or

lower. There will be upwards of $2000 prize money at

the Final.

The Games will be 2 bowl Triples over 2 sets of 5 ends.

This is the same format as we have been playing on

Thursday nights earlier in the year.
