RMA Form1) Overview and FAQ• Where can I get the form?

www.moog-memmingen.com/support

• How many RMA forms do I need?Use a separate form for every damaged product, which shall be repaired.(1 motor: 1 form, 2 motors: 2 forms etc.)

• Which filetype does the RMA form have?The form is available as an xlsx Excel file.

• Which languages are available?The Excel file has two worksheets:English and Deutsch (German).

• Do I have to print the form?Yes, because you have to sign the form. But you can fill in the other data on your computer.

• Please contact [email protected] to receive the RMA number on top.

• Priority – when to be dealt with?

− Prio 1: On the same day* -> €180,- fee

− Prio 2: The next business day* -> €100,- fee

− Prio 3: After 8-10 business days -> standard / no fee

* order before 10 p.m.
