Go to http://onlinerma.adata.com.tw to request RMA

ID & PWD are the same here. (ex. ID is C12345, then the default PWD is C12345 as well.) **Please choose English as language and then log in.

2. Select Returning address (Sold To Address) 3. Write down Contact Person & E-mail and click “Change info.” (Then you don’t need to submit again next time.) 4. Select Request Type

Please must fill in Contact Person & e-mail, the system will send the auto notification to inform the requesters the RMA status.

5. There are 4 ways to request, please choose one you like. A: Batch Upload B: Search by Product Part No. C: Search by Product Description D: Search by Product Type

A: Batch Upload A-1: click ”Format Download” to download form into your PC. A-2: Complete the form and save, then click “Browse” to choose the file. A-3: Click ”Upload” and the data will show up automatically.

6. To correct the item, click 7. To delete the item, click 8. If finish the modification, click “Submit RMA Request” you will get a Temporary RMA No.

Temporary RMA No. & Official RMA No.

After click “Submit RMA Request”, the window will pop up the following message, then you will get a Temporary RMA No. ((NOTE)) RMA Dept. will review the content of Temporary RMA No., Once approve, will send an official RMA No. by mail automatically. Then you can send back your RMA.

If you haven’t finished the RMA request, please just click “Save Temp RMA No.”.

Next time, you can choose the Temp RMA No. that you saved last time and click “Import Temp RMA No.”to keep Choosing other items until you finish the selection.

**RMA Reject Reason

If Spec & model or Product Part No. is not complete, we will reject the application. ((Note)) Please try to choose correct Product No. and Spec & Model when you request RMA.

1. If receive Reject Notification, please go to “RMA Request Modify” to modify the mistake.

How to check RMA No.

Click “ Requested RMA” to check the repair status.

How to check RMA No.

1. Please key in RMA#, then click “ Search” to check its status. 1. If only click “Search” without key in RMA# will show all the RMA# you’ve ever requested.

5. If click “Detail”, you will see the requested items.

3. You may see RMA# here. 4. Click” Request Form” to print it out.

How to check RMA No.

Print out “Request Form” and enclose with your RMA shipment to the Customer Service Department of ADATA at 3F, No. 119, Chien Kang Road, Chung Ho City, Taipei 235, TAIWAN.

How to change Password

Please click “Change Password” to change password.

RMA Returned Notice

1. Do send the RMA within 30 days after acquiring the RMA number. The number is invalid after 30 days. 2. Products without ADATA serial number or warranty sticker will not receive any service support. 3. Do not send the retail package when returning RMA. 4. Do not mix different RMA numbers’ product together & do not write symbols or put other stickers on the products. 6. To avoid damages on returned RMA items, please packed with care and protection. Items need to have a Custom Declare, please place them in different container accordingly. 7. Please place Module in the tray to avoid any clash among products and cause any damages not included in warranty. 8. When finished packing for RMA items, please tape the RMA Sheet with RMA No. on the box. 9. If you send back PSU for RMA, please send back its cable as well.
