Course Creation
Conditional resources– Can be introduced by date – show and hide – has been
true for activities, now available for resources
In addition to date restrictions, the course creator may limit access to a Moodle activity or resource based on: – A minimum grade received in one or more other
activities within the course– Completion* status of one or more other activities within
the course
Conditional activities and resources
Forces learners to review content before doing tests or assignments
Will provide good data to see what learners are viewing – and not viewing – without having to grade everything.
Can direct students to different materials within the same course, based on their performance of prior materials. E.g.If learners fail to complete an assignment satisfactorily they can be directed to refresher materials, but not the next topic or exam.
