NEW YEAR MONTHLY MEDAL GOLF TOURNAMENT Ikutilah “NEW YEAR MONTHLY MEDAL GOLF TOURNAMENT” di PIK Course pada hari Sabtu, 16

Januari 2021 bersamaan dengan Champion Medal. Seluruh pemenang turnamen Monthly Medal di tahun

2020 (Best Gross Overall, Best Nett Overall, Best Best Nett I dari semua flight, pria dan wanita) diundang

untuk mengikuti turnamen ini. Menangkan Hole In One LED TV 49” dan berbagai hadiah menarik lainnya.

16, 2021 in conjuction with the Champion Medal. All the Champions from the 2020 Monthly Medal (Best

Gross Overall, Best Nett Overall, Best Nett I from each flight, men and ladies are invited. Get a chance to

win Hole in One : LED TV 49” and many lucky draws.

- Limited to 120 participants

- Tee off time start from 06.00 – 07.30 AM (Semi shotgun starts at 06.00 AM* and tee off time 06.10 AM

(with 10 minutes interval) *Semi shotgun limited to 14 flights (first come first served)

- Breakfast and Lunch will be on take away service

- Live streaming for trophies and prizes presentation start at 01.15 PM in Lake View Room.

- Reservation is required to the members who will join the offline trophies and prizes presentations due to

the limited seats. Seats are provide for maximum 40 persons only.

CHEF’S RECOMMENDATION OF THE MONTH

Chincau Hitam Coffee Latte Cincau hitam dan kopi cream dengan aroma gula aren. Black grass jelly with latte coffee and plum sugar.

Chinese Shot Rib BBQ Iga sapi panggang disajikan dengan nasi putih, sayuran brokoli dan saos BBQ Chinese. Braised short rib served with steam rice saute broccoli, and Chinese BBQ sauce on top.

Belly Salmon Curry Set Kare perut ikan salmon disajikan dengan nasi putih, soup miso dan buah potong musiman.

Seared billy salmon Japanese curry served with steam rice, miso soup, and slice seasonal

fresh fruit.

Organizing Committee of the Damai Indah Golf Member - Guest Monthly Medal.

2. VENUE, DATE & TIME Damai Indah Golf, PIK Course, Saturday, 16th January 2021.

Semi shot-gun starts at 06.00 AM ( limited to 14 flights)

Tee time starts from 06.10 – 07.20 am (10 minutes interval from tee 1 & tee 10).

Pairing has to be submitted to the booking office the latest by Thursday, 14 January 2021 at noon.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Monthly Medal is open to all member of Damai Indah Golf and Guest (limited to 20 guests) with

maximum course handicap 28 (man) and 32 (woman).

4. SIZE OF FIELD

The field is limited to 120 players. The Organizing Committee has the right to finalize the number of

golfers to play in this tournament. Priority will be given only to those participants who have made

reservation in advance.

5. FORMAT The individual competition will be conducted over the following flights:

Nearest to the pin : Hole # 3

(condition : Nearest ball to the pin that rest on green only. The first person

will win if ties occur)

Nearest to the line : Hole # 11

(condition : Nearest ball to the line that rest on fairway only. Farthest ball will

win if ties occur)

Longest Drive : Hole # 6

(condition : Longest ball from tee box that rest on fairway only. The first

person will win if ties occur)

9. AWARDS Awards ceremony will be held LIVE online after all the players finished the round.

Trophies will be awarded to:

a. Overall trophy for best gross score & best nett score, regardless the gender or groups (Members only).

b. 1 (one) trophy for best gross winners & 2 (two) trophies for best nett winner for A, B, C, Men Senior, & Ladies Flight.

c. 1 (one) trophy for best gross winners & 2 (two) trophies for best nett winner for Guest Flight. d. 1 (one) trophy for nearest to the pin achiever for each gender. e. 1 (one) trophy for nearest to the line achiever for each gender.

f. 1 (one) trophy for longest drive achiever for each gender

10. TIES

Ties for any place will be settled by count back system as the following :

STROKE PLAY WITHOUT HANDICAP

a. Last 9 holes (hole 10 - 18), if a tie still persists, then b. Last 6 holes (hole 13 - 18), if a tie still persists, then c. Last 3 holes (hole 16 - 18), if a tie still persists, then d. Hole 18, if a tie still persists, then the preceding 9 holes (hole 1 - 9), 6 holes (4 - 9), 3 holes (7 - 9)

and hole 9, in that order.

STROKE PLAY WITH HANDICAP

a. Last 9 holes (hole 10 - 18) deducted by ½ handicap, if a tie still persists, then b. Last 6 holes (hole 13 - 18) deducted by 1/3 handicap, if a tie still persists, then c. Last 3 holes (hole 16 - 18), deducted by 1/6 handicap, if a tie still persists, then d. Hole 18 deducted by 1/18 handicap, if a tie still persists, then the preceding 9 holes (hole 1 - 9), 6

holes (hole 4 - 9), 3 holes (hole 7 - 9) and hole 9, in that order, deducted by handicap too.

11. OTHER CONDITIONS

e. A Guest player must be recommended by a Member and submit his handicap card during registration.

f. 1 (one) Member may introduce maximum 2 (two) guests. g. A no-show guest will be charged directly to Member, Rp. 2.500.000,- per Guest.

h. A Member who does not have scorecard record for more than three months shall not be permitted to join a Nett score format.

i. Lady golfer should be paired with lady golfers, exception for Juniors. j. No relative allowed in one pairing (husband-wife, father-son-daughter, mother-son-daughter, etc);

the Organizing Committee has the right to assign a Marker in a flight, should the issue arises. k. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the competition rounds.

12. REGISTRATION The enclosed form must be completed and submitted to the Booking Office, and the Entry Fee should

be settled through bank transfer (BCA Pluit Kencana Account No. 168-3043048, Beneficiary: PT.

Damai Indah Golf, Tbk), or either at the Course. Limited to 160 players.

13. CLOSING DATE Wednesday, 13th January 2021 or when 120 players have registered. Any player cancels after

Thursday, 14th January 2021 will not be entitled to refund of the Entry Fee.

14. FEE

MEMBER : IDR 500.000,-

GUEST : IDR. 2.500.000,-

(Fee includes : playing fee, golf cart, golfer insurance, breakfast & lunch boxes, trophies, prizes and

10% VAT).
