FUELING OUR AGENTS
NYC
$50k for 5 Years!!! We are remarkable, striking and huge… and we like to reward that way. As part of our Fuel
program, we have the ultimate reward for employees that bleed Mondo green. As a token of
our appreciation, on the 5th anniversary of employment, $50,000 will be added to the
employee’s next check in the pay cycle.
CONGRATULATIONS to Emily Williamson for
being the second person to hit this milestone!

#MondoGivesBack #GivingTuesday
We decided to celebrate the holidays together a little differently this year. As agents, we all took an oath to affect
positive change and give back to the community. We want the Mondo brand to always be associated with not just
doing well, but doing GOOD. The holidays are the perfect time to GIVE BACK and a time for us to come together as
a family, a brand, and a team to give back to our local communities.
On December 9th we participated in philanthropy events across the Nation to spread Mondo holiday cheer. Each
office chose an event close to their hearts and shared their days with the world via hashtags on social media sites.
MANNA is a non-profit organization that
cooks and delivers nutritious, medically-
appropriate meals and provides nutrition
counseling to neighbors who are battling
life-threatening illnesses such as cancer,
renal disease and HIV/AIDS.

NYC

is committed to supporting and
delivering direct assistance to those in
Alameda County who need a helping
hand. They adhere to a group of core

of the human person, the preferential
option of the poor, concern with charity
and justice, and much more!

The New York City Rescue Mission exists to
provide help and hope to the hungry, homeless and
hurting men and women of New York City.
To help eradicate poverty and illiteracy in our community
by providing quality, comprehensive early childhood
education to families and children currently enrolled; to
expose the children to various experiences in a learning
environment that will help develop them socially,
intellectually, physically and emotionally in a manner
appropriate to their developmental and chronological
age. To support and refer community parents to quality
services such as education, health nutrition, social
services and parent involvement through networking with
outside agencies; thus empowering parents by moving
them from dependency to independence.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
I truly look forward to coming into the office
each day. I'm blessed to have a great
team, an awesome team atmosphere, and
a solid company to work for.
As a Sales Manager, I love being 'close to
the action!' In fact, I spend a majority of my
time selling on the phones, attending
client/prospect meetings, and working
along side the team. This style of
management exists all throughout Mondo
and it has created an open environment
where we learn and grow from each other.
I'm reluctant to admit it, but when you have
a team that is focused, consistent, and can
execute, it really makes the management
part of the job...easy!
As ya know, this allows us more time to
focus on production and revenue
generating activities.
