Bachelor of Arts & Science degree from Mechanical Power Engineering Department, HEL-WAN University, EGYPT with Final Year Grade (GOOD) in 2009.

Job Experience:

Working at Egyptian Bahraini Gas Derivatives Company (EBGDCo) as a Mechanical Engineer in Maintenance Department since 20/6/2010. Passing through Commissioning & Start Up phase then Operating phase of NGL Plant (150 Million USD) at Ras Shukeir, Red Sea, Egypt.

Responsible for Maintain all rotating equipments in the plant including Pumps, Compressors, Engines, Turbines and Air Coolers. Also static devices like Valves, Flanges, Skids, Tanks and Supports.

o During Commissioning & Start Up phase from (June 2010) to (August 2012)

my responsibilities are as following:

Review data sheets of all equipments sent by consulting company and vendors to confirm of matching and mismatching points between them on the basis of designer documents and standards.

Making Tenders, technical clarifications for vendors. Revise the material on site based on packing list and the P.O issued. Attend a Fat test for Centrifugal Pumps in Ruhrpumpen Egypt and installing other equip-

ments on its skid at EXTERRAN Dubai.

Following up of commissioning for every rotating equipment in the plant including start up procedures, installing of equipments general parts, fittings & connections and replacing of needed spare parts.

Perform a Construction Punch list for Every Equipment in the plant based on P&ID, API Standard and Supplier MDB then ensuring of completion for all its points before Com-missioning.

o Responsibilities in my position as a Mechanical and Turbines Engineer from

(August 2012) till now are as following:

Initiates, implements, and manages the maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

Review master plan of preventive maintenance for all equipments in the plant and perform all the jobs in its specific time.

Follow up the operated equipments and monitoring its operating conditions as (Temperature, Vibration, Pressure, Flow....).

Maintain any malfunction occurred in any instrument and lead the trouble shooting to the end if it needed intervention from other departments (E&I, IT…..).

Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant, op-erations and solving maintenance-related problems.

Make a contact for Vendors to provide needed spare parts, to get advice about specific problem & to prepare for site visit, also follow up any job or modification performed by the vendor and give a report about its procedures and results.

Ensures that maintenance Technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated. Perform Annual Budget for Mechanical Department and ensure that its satisfying all spare

parts consumed through the year, also review Material and assign min, max quantities at my

stock.
