    tion of light is the bending of a light rays at the boundary as the rays travel from one medium

    to another.

    Light rays bends towards the normal and bend way from the normal based on the density ofmedium.

    When light rays travels from one medium to another, its speed changes. The change in speed of thelight ray cause the change of its direction.

    Pasir putih a child aged 12 died by suffocated in a river when playing with his friend.According to witness (his friend), victim want to bath when he discovered that river isshallow and not deep. After jump into to river, victim just realized the river is deep andhe tried to a ask help but unfortunately everything was late. Explain why the victim saw

    ANSWER

    This is because maybe victim see the any object like pebbles lying a the bottom of water river appear to becloser and raised up above actual position. so, this resulting the victim discovered the river is shallowerthan similarly to the situation of the object.

    In fact,the observer see the object closer than their real depth to the surface. The ray coming from the fishreaches the observers eye after refraction. Thus, observer sees the image of the fish at the apparent

    depth and not at actual depth .These are all results of the refraction of light which caused by differentmedium..
