technologies and systems:
• Vertical and horizontal screening system;
• Drip irrigation system;
• UV disinfection system;
• Condensation water harvesting
• Automat heating system;
• CO2 dosing system;
• High pressure fogging system;
• Ventilation system;
• Microclimate computer control system.
Tomato will be grown in hydroponic method under the control of central automatic
system.
The first crop is harvested in 2 months after planting the seedling. The productivity of the
tomato fluctuates between 1.5-10 kg/m2 depending on the season.
From agronomic and financial viewpoints, production of tomato is expedient to start in
September, because in this case due to seasonality factor the highest crop is got during the period
from January till May, when the price of tomato reaches its peak.
During the first year (2012) the crop is harvested only in November and December.
